The hunger stage was when he would feel like he was starved for years and would want to eat everything. It was a side effect of the technique, but he could stave it off as long as he continued to eat.

The more nutrition dense food it was, the better for it.

"Of course, please feel free. I'll contact you when I'm ready." Lin Mu replied.
