Capítulo 177: Whisper of Death.
"Arghhh!"
Nyx's whole body was hurting, she tried to get up but she couldn't.
Taking a deep breath, she tried to get up once more!
This time a sharp pain assaulted her left arm.
Every time she tries to move her arm, it hurts her like it's ripping apart.
Nyx assumed that her arm probably broke when she fell.
She looked around and saw people running in panic.
Her ears were still buzzing, she couldn't hear very well.
Nyx started seeing everything in slow motion.
After a minute, a sharp pain assaulted her head and everything became normal.
She could hear everything, the screams, people shouting everywhere etc etc.
Nyx inspected herself, her clothes were dirty.
There were scrapes in her arms and knees, her head and nose were bleeding.
She turned to see the car that exploded.
Nyx remembered the driver.
The look on the driver's eyes was full of fear, he didn't want to do it.
He knew he was going to die.
If it weren't for Nyx's intuition, she would've gone to meet the God of Death of this world.
Wait! If she dies what will happen to Aaron? Nyx thought to herself.
Suddenly she remembered Aaron's condition.
Aaron fainted!
'Thankfully, there's nothing wrong with Aaron.' Nyx heaved a sigh of relief as she checked Aaron's condition.
It didn't take long for Belford to come with his team.
"Princess! Are you okay?" Belford said in concern, as he crouched down and inspected Nyx.
"My head is hurting and I feel dizzy! Take me to somewhere safe. Don't notify my aunt and Timothy. Not right now!"
Belford nodded as he finished checking Nyx for any serious injuries.
"You have a broken arm and an ankle. The head injury seems minor but we have to check for internal injuries to be sure. The rest is superficial wounds." He said to Nyx before helping her get up from the ground.
Nyx looked down and saw the gift box with the pendant inside.
She ordered one of the security members to take that box for her before she was escorted by Belford.

Inside a black sedan.
Nyx saw that her phone is broken, so she asked for Belford's phone.
Taking Belford's phone, Nyx immediately called Ana.
Ana was on a call with her when the car exploded.
So Nyx needs to assure Ana that she is okay.
Just as the call connected, Ana's anxious voice assaulted Nyx's ear.
"Belford, vhat 'appened? Vhere iz Nyx? 'ow iz Nyx? Iz zhe okay? Iz zhe-" Interrupting Ana's barrage of words. Nyx spoke up.
"Ana, I'm fine don't worry! A car exploded, there's no serious injuries, just a few scrapes and scratches. Belford is taking me to a safe place. Calm down, Ana!"
Nyx tried to calm Ana but Ana was frantic, she couldn't think of any positive thoughts.
It took 10 minutes to calm Ana before Ana told Nyx that she is coming to where Nyx is.
Nyx quickly cut the call assuring Ana that there's nothing wrong with her.
Just as she cut the call, Nyx told Belford.
"Uncle Belford, call someone to take a look at me. I'm going to pass out, don't tell my aunt about what happened until you have a doctor checked up on me. After the doctor checks me out, you will inform Timothy about what happened. He will take care of my aunt."
Nyx passed out right after she finished speaking.

Ana who was about to leave to go where Nyx is, suddenly got a call informing her that Aaron is unconscious.
They are taking Aaron to the headquarters and they need her attention on Aaron's situation.
Ana was conflicted about what to do.
There's Nyx who is in another city where she needs medical attention and here's Aaron, a part of Nyx who is unconscious and needs her attention.
She called Belford's phone to know more about Nyx's condition.
She found out that Nyx passed out soon after they have talked over the phone.
Feeling anxious, Ana told Belford to quickly transfer Nyx to the 'Nameless' headquarters in Starfall City.
Just as she finished the call, her phone vibrated once more.
Seeing that there was a text from Zulkernyn, Ana quickly opened the message.
Colour drained from her face when she read the text.
Ana in a hurry left to go to the Nameless' headquarters.

Sabastian ran holding the little girl in his embrace.
He could drop her off anywhere since the people who are chasing him are after him, not the girl.
But Sabastian couldn't bear to leave the girl alone.
The girl lost her parents because of him, he knows it's not his fault. But Sabastian can't help feel guilty that if he didn't interact with the girl, the girl's parents would have lived.
He feels responsible for their death.
He couldn't bear to leave the girl in front of her parent's lifeless bodies.
So he took the girl with him.
Call him crazy or an idiot, his decision further traumatised the girl.
The girl in his embrace is soaked in his blood.
Who wouldn't get traumatised?
If he were at her age, he too would have been traumatised, Sabastian thought as he runs into an alley.
Sabastian is finally started to lose energy and wear down.
He is feeling dizzy.
'I lost a lot of blood...' He said in his mind.
If he had a sword, he could have gone and cut the people who are after him.
But he doesn't have a weapon and guns are way too dangerous in his hands.
There's also the girl.
'Fu*k! *beep beep*' He cursed in his mind for being so helpless, powerless and weak.
He ran as he recalled what happened that lead him here in an alley running for his life.

Sabastian and Zulkernyn made some plans to hang out, so Sabastian was waiting for Zulkernyn at a restaurant.
He arrived at the restaurant half an hour early.
As he was playing a game on his phone, a beautiful cute little girl who's about 8 years old was staring at him.
"Why are you staring at me, little girly? Do I have anything on my face?" With a smile, he inquired in a playful tone.
The girl replied saying he's beautiful and she never saw anyone so beautiful as him.
The girl's parents didn't mind Sabastian, so they allowed the girl to converse with Sabastian.
As he was talking with the girl and playing with her, suddenly a loud explosion occurred inside the restaurant.
His first instinct was to save the girl in front of him.
It was a stun grenade.
Sabastian figured that this attack is related to him, so he tried to get up and run away.
As he was about to run, he saw one guy with a gun on his hands was about to shoot.
Sabastian grabbing the girl took cover behind a wall.
On the process of taking cover, the parents of the girl were exposed to the gunfire.
A gunfire battle occurred inside the restaurant.
The people who were after him saw that he was protecting the little girl, so they also targeted at the little girl.
Alone against so many people, Sabastian was having a hard time since there were civilians around.
'The ambush was well planned, whoever did this knew of my every move! Unlike the idiots following around last time, these guys are professionals.' Sabastian said in his mind as he sent a message to Zulkernyn for help.

And later he was shot in his back twice and twice in his abdomen.
As Sabastian finished recalling everything, he found himself at a dead-end.
"Dammit!" He muttered looking at the wall in front of him.
He looked down and saw the girl was shaking.
The girl too realized that there's nowhere else to go
"A-are we going to die?" She asked Sabastian holding him tightly.
"No, *huff* my friend is *huff* coming. He will save us...*huff*"
He put the girl on her feet before turning back.
"Hide behind me!" Sabastian told the girl and the girl quickly hid behind Sabastian.
Soon six people wearing masks appeared in front of the two.
"There's no more running, you will die now." One of the guys holding an SMG said to Sabastian.
"Any last words, Mr Heilige?" A guy pointing a gun towards Sabastian asked.
Nodding, Sabastian replied with a question.
"Yeah, have you guys ever heard the 'Whisper of Death'?"
"No, but you're about to Mr Heilige."
"I see, but I'm immune to the whisper so I don't know... But they say when you hear the 'Whisper of Death', your soul is reaped and sent to hell directly without any judgement."
"Is that so? Such a shame that I will not be able to hear it today." The guy said before he heard a soft voice like a whisper.
The voice sent a chill down his spine.
It was a grim and haunting whisper.
"I'm sorry I was stuck in traffic." Zulkernyn.
Sabastian shook his head replying to the man who was pointing the gun at him.
"Nah, you're already dead."
All six of the people who were after Sabastian plopped down on the ground.
Each one of them had a blade stuck behind their neck.
