Capítulo 55: Some people will never change (II)

When Easton and Rome reached the restaurant, mayor Winston was already waiting for them. Winston welcomed them and introduced Easton to someone.

"Easton, this is Gerald, he is one of the investors of the mall you are constructing now." Easton shook hands with Gerald and introduced Rome as well

"Hello Easton and Rome, it's nice to meet both of you. I hope you will finish the mall construction within the deadline," Gerald said.

"Of course, they will finish, Mr. Gerald. Let us have lunch," said Winston guiding them inside the restaurant.

Easton and Rome looked at each other and immediately understood Winston's intention. It seems he still feels guilty about his team's misbehavior. 

After reaching the construction site, Rome made some calls and then confirmed, "Easton, what you guessed is correct. Mr. Knight is the one who gave them the wrong information. We should do something about him."
