Devin interrupted, raising his head from the crook of her neck and put his index finger on her parted lips to shush her.
"If you're a good girl and you're quiet, they won't notice a thing."
The real seduction happened before they even said a word. It's as if their souls recognized one another. The rest was like a divine dance toward the release of sweet passions, the kind that would weave their moment together.
It had always been written in their gaze, a chemistry—an invitation to learn about the other. Even in the crowd they are in back in the mansion, they stood apart, hearts beating all the faster when a chance to talk came.
