Capítulo 46: Chapter 44
After a good sleep and some pampering from Ruby, I got out of my depressive mood. "Feeling better now?" Ruby asks, when she sees I'm awake. "Yep a lot, thanks to you." I said with a sweet smile and give her a quick kiss. I get up and stretch, then I start getting dressed. "Ruby are you just going to stare, or are you going to get dressed?" I ask knowing the answer. "Just stare of course and take a photo." She said in a teasing voice, while pulling out her phone.
I just sigh and continue to get dressed. ("So Sera, did I unlock the world travel ability?") I ask, trying not to remember yesterday. (*Yes and once again, I'm sorry for that.*) Sera said with a apologetic voice. ("It's fine, it's not like you knew.") I said trying to comfort her. (*Thanks Scarlet.*) she said. ("No need to thank me, with all the help you've given me.") I said truthfully.
Once I finish dressing, I look at Ruby who's still in bed. "Are you not going to get dressed?" I ask. "I was waiting for you to finish, I didn't want to deprive you of seeing me." She said with a wink. "I wonder what father-in-law would say?" I ask in a teasing voice. "He would say 'good job Ruby, now push her down'." She said in a matter of factly voice. "I'm going to have a word with him then." I say cracking my knuckles.
After Ruby gets dressed we head to my workshop. On our way, we see Sona and Tsubaki trying to sneak out the front door. "Yo Sona, Tsubaki why are you here so early?" I yell to them, and they jump at least a meter in the air. They turn and see me and Ruby, and start blushing. "Tsubaki are you here to see Kiba? And Sona who are you here to see?" I yell to them, walking up to them.
"I eh I mean we just um stayed in a uh spare room?" She said, more of a question then an answer. I look at Ruby and wink. "But we don't have any spare rooms, they are all filled with materials." I said with fake confusion. Sona eyes widened and she started to babble. "Ruby can you go get the others, I think someone might have robbed us, if there was an empty room." I said with fake concern, Ruby nodded and left to get everyone. "Can you two come with me, once everyone gathers I need you to show me which room." I said as I start walking towards the front room.
This was just too good of an opportunity to miss. Once we get to the front room, I sit down with a solemn look. Sona and Tsubaki sit opposite of me, I look at them and they haven't processed what happened. "So which room was it, I hope it wasn't the one with my expensive stuff?" I asked with a fake worried look. They looked at each other, and sighed. "I lied, we wasn't in a spare room, Tsubaki was with Kiba and I was with..." Sona said trailing off at the end. "I'm sorry I didn't hear who you were with."I said looking at her.
I hear a bang as the door burst open. "Scarlet what are you doing?" Rias says looking from Tsubaki to Sona. "Well I found them sneaking out and they said they slept in a spare room we don't have, and they were just about to tell me were they really stayed." I said while looking at Sona, gesturing her to continue. Rias looks at Sona. "*sigh* Sona was staying with me." Rias said with a bit of a blush. I look at her. "That makes no sense why would she stay with you, but lie to me?" I ask knowing the answer.
"It's because we are..." Rias said trailing off before she could finish. I want to hear her say it so. "Because you are what?" I ask pretending that I didn't know what she meant. "Because we are dating, ok." She said blushing crimson. "For how long?" I asked, knowing the answer. "Just over a year." She said, defeated. "Oh I know I just wanted you to say it." I said with a smile. Rias looks at me shocked. "You knew?" She said looking at Sona who is also shocked. "It's not like you did a good job at hiding it." I said while pulling out a pen and paper.
I finish jotting down the formula for pregnancy and give it to Rias. "This works with two women as well, oh also me and Ruby are going on a trip, I'll make something so you can contact me if I'm late back." I say as I get up and head to my workshop.
