Capítulo 202: The city covered by mist (Part-5)

Ryan vanished the debris blocking their way, clearing a route for the group of three, who followed after him.

"Was it wise to prevent the other two groups from helping us?"

Ryan briefly looked at Michalina as he replied, "I have a bad feeling, so I did not wish to leave them alone, but more importantly, it was better than them competing on who can follow me."

Turning around a corner, they came across a steel door that opened to a stairway and took them down to the basement of the building.

A sticky feeling beneath his boots stopped Ryan as he looked down and found the stairs covered by webs.

"Tsk, spiders, I hate spiders."

Ruby chuckled as she spoke, "I never thought you would be scared of spiders."

Ryan rolled his eyes and replied, "After facing mutated arachnids, I have taken a certain dislike for them."
