Capítulo 100: Chapter 99 Provisional Hero License Exam Part 3
The examinees were all over the place, as they tried to save the 'civilians' as much as they can and brought them to the safe spot. The safe spot which was the unfolded room, the examinees were just in before. There are a small number of examinees that will take care the 'civilians'.
I could hear cries and shouts from the field. It was kind of a pain to hear those cries from the civilians as they are just acting and assessing the examinees. If this was real, I would just teleport them to my location and heal them or let the others take cares of them.
BOOM
The wall near the unfolded room exploded to bits. The explosion opened up an entrance to the field, the Orca gang and his crew came out from hole in the wall. I looked over to Eraser Head, he was shocked by this.
It seems there are recent changes regarding the provisional Exam, must be because of All Might's retirement and fluctuation of villains attack. I looked back at the arena and continued to watch.
Several examinees who have quirks that could subdue the villains immediately tried to stop the Orca gang, but no avail. Orca gang used his quirk, Orcinus which he has the attribute and skills of a killer whale or orca except it could be used in land also, to the examinees.
He produced hypersonic waves and directed it to the examinees. The examinees instantly became paralyzed and started breathing raggedly. Shoto and Inari came to the scene and tried to stop Orca gang and his crew.
Shoto used his ice quirk and it did stop them for a moment. Inari flew to the location and used his quirk, whirlwind which grants him to control the surrounding air freely. Then Shoto used his fire quirk which made the wind's Inari controlling go off course and Shoto's fire as well get off course.
Inari blamed Shoto and Shoto made the reasonable reason as the 'villains' blocked his ice attacks. Inari didn't back down instead he just kept rambling. Inari has the personality of a passionate fighter, and he wants to be part of passionate battles.
A cunt, I would say. Anyway, I could hear Inari's words as he speaks loudly.
"You're just trying to steal all the glory!"
"You two (Shoto and Endeavor) are the only ones I'll never accept as true heroes! End of the story!!" Furthering my opinion of Inasa is a cunt. Both of them tried attacking the 'villains' again, their attacks went off course and headed to an examinee's direction.
Deku saved the examinee and shouted in agitated tone to Shoto and Inasa.
"What's the big deal?!" Orca gang used this chance to paralyze Inasa. Inasa dropped from the sky, meanwhile, Shoto got paralyzed and caught by Orca gang. Orca gang's crew used this chance to chase the 'civilians'.
The other examinees stepped in and stopped the Orca gang's crew. Orca gang released Shoto and walked over to his crew, so he could help them. Shoto and Inasa immediately used their quirks and trapped Orca gang in a fire whirlwind.
Orca gang's crew wanted to help him by dealing with Shoto. Shoto immediately used his ice quirk and blocked their path. Deku stepped in and fought the crew, then several examinees also joined Deku fighting the crew.
Orca gang who is trapped in the fire whirlwind took out a bottle of water. He drenched himself with the water and used his quirk. The water amplified his Hypersonic waves, so the hypersonic waves dispersed the fire whirlwind.
Deku leaped to the air and kicked Orca gang's face, but Orca gang shielded the kick's path with his hand.
"At present, every last H.U.C. member on the field has been rescued from impending danger. Therefore, I declare that this test is over. The result will be announced once all scores are assessed.
"Those with injuries, please proceed to the medical area. Everyone else, get changed and stand by for instructions." Mera announced. And so everyone went to change their clothes and some went to the medical area to get treated.
We waited as the scores were still being assessed. Everyone was nervous and many were sweating hard while biting their nails. We waited at a room full of sofas and benches.
Then we were instructed to enter the field again. The footsteps and fast heartbeats could be heard as we were entering the field. Everyone tried to divert their attention, but couldn't, so they talked to each other about the scores.
We stood at the field, in front of us were a stage, podium, and a big screen. Mera walked up to the stage and stood behind the podium.
"It's been a long battle, boys and girls, but now it's time for the result. Before that, though bla bla bla bla. Please take a look." Mera swung his arm to the screen and presented the ones who passed the test.
Everyone immediately searched for their name.
"I PASSED THE TEST!!!"
"Wait, where's my name?"
"YES, MY NAME IS IN THE LIST!!!" I didn't search for my name as if I didn't pass the test, then my people would be angered by this and the media would cover this. In other words, I passed the test either way.
Shoto, Inasa, and Bakugo didn't make the cut and their names weren't at the list. Inasa walked over to Shoto and stood before Shoto. Both of them stared each other and Inasa just slammed his head to the ground.
"I'M SORRY!! IT WAS MY ENTIRELY MY FAULT THAT YOU DIDN'T PASS!! MY PETTINESS IS TO BLAME!! I'M SORRY!" Inasa said. Shoto waved it off as he too learned a lot from Inasa. Mineta, as usual being an ass, said to Shoto with smug.
"You both (Shoto and Bakugo) failed because you two are big-time. Your own defining qualities worked against you here.
"The old hierarchy's falling to pieces." Ida immediately took Mineta away from Shoto.
"I assume you've all had the chance to view the results. Next, we'll be handing out score sheets. bla bla bla bla." Then men in black suits started handing out our score sheets. I got mine and looked at the score. 100 out of 100.
"Alex, what score did you get?" Himiko asked. I showed her my sheet and said.
"A hundred it seems,"
"I got 100 also," Himiko said while smiling. I patted her head, Momo and Jiro walked over to us and asked about our scores. We showed ours and they showed theirs. Momo got 94 and Jiro got 79. Deku also walked over to me and Shoto as well. Deku got 71 and Shoto got 37.
"Bla bla bla bla. As for those who didn't make the cut, don't be disheartened. If you sign up for and complete a special 3-month training course and pass the individual test at the end. You, too, will be awarded your provisional licenses
"bla bla bla bla. Attending the training course while maintaining your regular work will make for a packed schedule. But if you are up for the challenge, the next test is in April." Mera said.
"YES, PLEASE!!!" The failed ones said. So the failed ones either registered for the special 3-month training course or just decided to take the test again next year.
We all went back to our busses. Himiko, Deku, Uraraka, Momo, Jiro, and I took a picture of our license and sent it to the ones we want to send it for. Himiko, Momo, Jiro, and I sent the picture to the group, meanwhile, Deku and Uraraka sent it to their parents and All Might also for Deku.
Then we arrived at our dorm, all of us took a shower and changed our clothes. The girls were congratulating us as we got our Provisional Hero License, but they already expected that we will be getting it especially me.
Kendo also got Provisional Hero License, but their test site was different from ours as it is to avoid working together in the exam.
"We demand a reward!" Kendo said as we are in the living room of the house in the 'Soul World'. The other girls and I were confused by this sudden demand. Kendo looked over to Momo and Jiro, both of them instantly caught what she meant.
"We demand a reward!!" Momo and Jiro said together. 3 of them instantly latched their eyes on me, the girls looked at them then looked at me.
"What do you want? Why are you all looking at me like that?" I said as their eyes were fiery. Mikasa and Ais instantly grabbed both of my arm and just squished my arm with their body.
"You're not going anywhere, Alex," Mikasa said.
"Not going anywhere..." Ais said. I immediately stood up and raised my arm, both of them got lifted to the air. Nana immediately flew to my face and made me fell to the floor. The girls immediately swarmed me and each of them grabbed me to make sure I'm not going anywhere. They took me to the bedroom and have an exciting night with me.
