In those 3 months, I and the girls bought skills and trained them, I bought Time and Space magic. You might be thinking that these spells are OP if used too often and that is correct. I will be using Time Spells like that in the harry potter film where you could just make a broken object to its perfect state but for fighting? I think I'll be using it for the last resort since I could just make the enemy to grow old and die and become dust. Now, for Space Spells, I don't want to use the teleportation in normal days but when there's an emergency, I will use it and for fighting, I'll be using it to make my attack to be a long-ranged attack or something but I'll use it if Time Spells didn't work to kill the enemy, in case the enemy is immortal or such.
Anyway, this is my status right now.

As you can see I'm level 10 now and could be said the strongest adventurer in Danmachi history since the max stats are S, not SSS. I've used Shadow Clones to comprehend laws in the training chamber and it really took a long time, some dismissed themselves after a month and some dismissed themselves after 2 and 3 months. a month in the training chamber means 26 years meanwhile 2 months means 52 years and 3 months means 79 years. I don't want to submerge myself in time to comprehend laws, meanwhile, I could just travel to other worlds.
Anyway, the girls also became level 10 and Freya became level 7 in 3 months which was extraordinary. The military personnel has the majority of level 6 now but for the veterans, they are between level 7, 8, or 9 but most of them are level 8. In the 'Soul World', I made the Police Department and put Astraea in charge, the purpose of the dept is helping the citizen to get used to living in the 'Soul world', and just make the citizen feel comfortable in the 'Soul World'.
I, also, made the Purchasing Department, the purpose of the dept is buying and selling things from the shop system, this dept will be critical for me also since they would help me a lot. How does the Purchasing Department work? As you know that the 'Soul World' has a dungeon now where the monsters still drop magic core and the military will be the one who uses the dungeon, this dept will be the one receiving the magic core and selling it. Then for buying things, we will be traveling to other worlds and I can't just to be told that the ones that are outside the 'Soul World' needed machines and such so I made this dept to do that job, they will be buying the machines, plants, and animals. I'll be giving them computers to access the shop system but they will not get access to Skills, Bloodline, and such but summons will be available since summons is for teaching, guarding, or such.
I made the Agriculture Department and Livestock Department, these depts will be the one who handles the automatic farm as well as the ranch. They will be receiving reports from the Logistic Department and Intelligent Department about food and they will handle the automatic farm and ranch for supplying the Logistic Department and Intelligent Department because I will make the chefs in the 'Soul World' to make businesses at other worlds. I will give the Agriculture access to the farm and Livestock for the ranch.
I met with Hestia and Bell in those 3 months, it seems that Bell got Hestia, Tiona, Syr, Eina, and Lili. I apologized to Bell and he became humble also and apologized, we sorted things out and lastly, of course, I warned him about loving Ais because she is mine, not his now. I visited Loki also, she was having courses about politics and business, she's really eager to trick people, huh? Then I visited Finn and Gareth, both of them were in the Dungeon since they signed up for the military but Tione and Mia also signed up for the military so they are in the dungeon together. Finn, Gareth, Tione, and Mia became level 10 as they were level 6 and 7 before, we talked and joked around then I visited Tsubaki. Tsubaki lived at a Japanese inn like mine but she lives alone, I knocked on her front door then she opened the door, she was surprised that I visited her.
"Hello, Alex~! What brings you here?" She said.
"Hello, Tsubaki-san. I'm just checking on you." I said.
"Please come in, then!" She said. I thanked her and came into her house, she led me to her living room and I took a seat. She served me a tea and I thanked her for it, I took a sip and let out a sigh of comfort. I put the cup down and started the conversation.
"Tsubaki-san, how have you been?" I said.
"I'm still kicking as you can see." She said playfully.
"Then do you mind if I ask you a private matter?" I asked.
"No, please, what is your question?" She said.
"What is your feeling for Welf?" I asked. She became serious at my question.
"I'm interested in him that's all, why are you asking me that?" She asked.
"I'm rather curious since Welf, himself, is a dense person and you are already in your mid 30's which made me curious, why you aren't in a relationship with anyone and what makes you single all this time even though you're a beautiful woman," I said. She became silent for 5 seconds and her face was filled with sadness.
"I am a half-dwarf and as you can see that my left eye is like Hephaestus-sama but I was a mortal and so I was disgusted by my people and called a freak because of my left eye. My father, a dwarf, called me a freak also but my mother, a human, loved me and never called me with that nickname, she was abused by my father and was avoided by the whole village. She died because she was ill and she could have been saved if the villagers and my father gave her medicines but they acted like they never knew me even if I pleaded night and day to them. I ran away from the village and swore to treat others fairly, I arrived at Orario and Hephaestus-sama took me in and taught me blacksmithing." She said. She paused to stabilize her emotion and continued.
"I know that I have many suitors but when I removed my eye patch, they became disgusted by me and so I'm still single now because I've decided to not be in a relationship where the man would accept me if I put on the eyepatch." She said. So her personality came from all of this loneliness and suffering, I moved my hand to clear her hair blocking the left eye. I put my hand over her left eye and healed her eye, I removed her eye patch and took out a mirror to show her left eye.
"Now, you could see with your left eye normally right?" I said. I covered her right eye with my left hand and used my hand to make a gesture number 2.
"What is this number?" I asked. Then I felt my left hand was getting wet and I looked at her, she was tearing up. She hugged me tightly while muttering.
"Thank you. Thank you." repeatedly. The girls were already outside Tsubaki house because Utaha told them about their new sister, they went into Tsubaki house and looked at their new sister hugging me tightly while crying. They waited until Tsubaki calmed down but she slept after a while, Hephy looked at me while her face looks like one that already knew that this was going to happen. She gathered the girls and told everything about Tsubaki, meanwhile, I'm hugging Tsubaki while she was sleeping. After Tsubaki woke up, she looked around and the girls but she doesn't know some of the girls, the girls began their introduction and she introduced herself. I changed Freya, Arles, and Tsubaki's tattoo to the ones like the rest of the girls, anyway, I left Bete and Welf behind at Orario.
Tsubaki trained with the girls since she was still level 5 but now she's level 8. Moving on, I asked the receptionist in Newcomers' Area about the number of the prisoners and this is what she said.
"The current prisoner is 60,000, 50,000 of them are PoW who was still loyal to Ares and had malicious intent, meanwhile, 10,000 of them were Gods and Goddesses and their Familia that bought lives in Orario."
I smiled at the receptionist and thanked her, then I thought about 10,000 prisoners from Orario and there are a number of Gods and Goddesses also. Well I could just steal their understanding of laws but I really don't know whether their laws would be beneficial for me, on the other hand, I could let them atone for their sin. Then I found a great idea, I would use them to become employees and managers for the shops and restaurants in other worlds, I nodded at this. I mean 60,000 potential citizens that would become fanatics since I gave them a second chance, who want to miss that? No one.
There were no casualties from the war which I let out a sigh of relief but there were many that got injured critically and after I've been teaching the healers, they healed all of them which made me nodded and proud. The military will be learning about [Diamond Body] because this skill will be good in the long run and if they learn this skill, then I don't have to make some kind of trinket that could protect their whole head since the Military Helmet looks like the Spartans helmet so their face isn't covered.
Back to Valua, the nobles tried to overthrow me but no avail and killed in the process by the military personnel that was escorting the group to Valia. They used the Rakia military which was earth and heaven compared to my military, I took over their wealth and exchanged all of the lands and wealth to the merchant, and I got many gold bars, plants, herbs, and animals. Looks like the whole Rakia decided to live in the 'Soul World' after hearing their God died at the hands of a mortal and they simply didn't know what to do after Ares basically fucked the relationship between Rakia and other nations and cities. I teleported them all to the 'Soul World' and they registered to become my citizens but there were many who had malicious intent so the military personnel immediately arrested them and threw them to the jail.
I asked about the current population of the 'Soul World' and current number of military personnel to the Social Department's staff.
"Boss, the current population is 860,000, and 500,000 of them are people of Rakia. The military has about 400,000 personnel ready to be deployed, there are 150,000 new citizens that joined the military after your last visit here, boss. Oh, and for the prisoner count, there are 160,000 prisoners and from the people of Rakia that had just joined, there are 100,000 people that had malicious intent." He said. I thanked him and left the dept. Now I can get ready to fight that last boss, the One-Eyed Black Dragon.
