Capítulo 33: Chapter 32 Meeting New Race
A week passed after the mission, I went out of the 'Soul world' as I already finished dealing with the problems about the kingdom or society. My name was discussed all over the town, my doings, and my words also which I wanted to happen. Even though they know my name, they don't know my appearance. I went into the dungeon, as I was walking to the dungeon those who knew me whispered to their groups and they all looked at my way but I just keep walking without stopping.
When I arrived at the center of Orario, I noticed there were some people from the group who encountered me when I made a speech and there was the exploration team that was going to enter. I wanted to blend in but I can't as my hair was black and there was some white also which made me unusual in the crowds and so Loki who was with the exploration team saw me and called my name loudly
"Alex-san~" which made me to be the attention of the crowds, I wanted to run or hide but I know I can't just poof gone in the crowds or just shamelessly run. So I greeted her back
"Hello, Loki." I said, the crowds looked at me like someone who has death wish. The Loki Familia was enraged of course with my impoliteness to their Goddess, one of them shouted
"OI!! WHO ARE YOU TO CALL LOKI-SAMA WITH IMPOLITENESS?! I'LL KI-" But he was glared by Loki with her eyes opened, which was rare for Loki to open her eyes, he became silent and his forehead was covered by sweat. The Members of Loki Familia realized that Loki doesn't want to offend me in any way possible, they immediately swallowed their anger towards me. I looked at Loki and found that even the Goddess of Trickster was afraid to offend me, maybe she was afraid of my group, when we encountered each other in the entertainment district, who was behind me at that time.
So I want to utilize this meeting to be an announcement that I'm strong enough to protect the ones who wanted a brand new life, I need people urgently okay? Because the faster, the faster they will become stronger, I said
"Loki wasn't that so polite of you? Our second meeting but was treated like this."
"I'm sorry Alex-san~ I hope you can forgive him." She said
"Don't worry I don't mind by the way why are you greeting me?" I asked
"I just want to greet you Alex-san~, that's all." she said, but I knew that this Goddess was just f*ck*ng with me but I don't want to be here for so long as she will make more attention to be on me, I said
"Then I'll be going to the dungeon." I started walking toward Babel to enter the dungeon but Loki was starting to annoy me by saying loudly
"Oh~ Are you going to enter the dungeon by yourself, Alex-san?" She really likes to tease me and so I threaten her
"F*ck off, Loki! Or I will really massacre your Familia and kill you." I stopped walking then I turned around and looked at her dead in the eyes.
"If you think that you could kill me right here right now think again, the moment you move against me or Hephaestus Familia I'll kill you." but she didn't take my warnings seriously and start to tease me
"What happens if I make a move against you or the Hephaestus Familia?" So I grabbed the handle of my Katana with my right hand and grabbed the edge of the sheath with my left hand. I pushed the katana a bit with my left thumb so I could draw it more easily, I tightened my leg's muscles and muttered
"First Form: Thunderclap and Flash"
I slashed the man who threatened to kill me previously in the neck, a head started to roll around the floor when everyone noticed I killed a man. No one can catch up with my speed with their eyes.
"That's my first warning Loki, anymore, that will be your head." I started walking to the dungeon, the onlookers were taken aback as I killed a member's Loki Familia even Loki was shocked because she didn't even know when I moved.
I entered the dungeon and joined the girls, Astraea Familia, Aisha, and Haruhime surprisingly but no assassins, and Saber since they are teaching the military. They were already on the 20th floor, so I joined them as they were finishing the floor where there's a lot of plants, normal, rare, and poisonous ones also. So Me, Ryuu, and Chloe just moved the plants to the inventory to be sorted and planted by Utaha, Oh and Haruhime haven't been implanted the System yet.
As we were killing the monsters, we encountered a group of intelligent monsters which was strange for me since I don't know what happened after Danmachi season 1, I only watched facts when I'm bored. How do I know they intelligent monsters? Well, they tried to talk with me but still, the others saw them as monsters but not me. I stopped the others from hurting them
"Hello, there mister! Are you from the surface?" said a harpy, she had dark red hair and brown eyes, since she was a harpy she's a beauty.
"Fear, Don't talk to them!" said an Arachne, she was wearing a helmet with its visor down and breastplate. There's a harpy who I assume her name is Fear, an Arachne, an armored guy or monster which I don't know since he was wearing full plate armor, a hippogriff, and a goat-like humanoid covered in fur with large black eyes (or Fomoire).
"Sorry, Ranye." Fear said, she became meek again and swallowed her curiosity. Then the Arachne or Ranye looked at me
"What are you doing here human?" she said, I don't know why she is so vigilant towards us even though this is our first meeting but need to be careful to be alive so I understand her vigilant.
"We're just killing or massacring monsters and taking the plants on this whole floor. Can I ask what are you?" I said, this was my first time meeting an intelligent monster so I want to know about them.
"We're just passing through so don't mind us." She said while prompting her group to keep moving.
"Then why the harpy asked me about I'm from the surface?" I asked, I mean if they are an intelligent monsters there must be others. I want to invite them to the 'Soul world' because if they are monsters then there must be some who have ability like Ranye she's an Arachne if she went to the 'Soul world' she could make clothes and open a store.
"You?! What do you want ?!" She became more vigilant toward my group.
"No, I just want to ask about it because what if I could make you live on the surface?" I said, the group of intelligent monsters looked at me instantly when I said '... live in the surface'. It seems that they want to live on the surface from their looks, I continued
"I know I'm only a human but know that the Gods or the Goddesses don't want to offend me in any way. So I could make you live on the surface but how about if I said you can live in a world where you are free? A world where Gods and Goddesses have no control of except me." I said, I need to convince them to join me if they join me then I will get more of them by persuading them to join me.
"Don't hear him!!! He's like the others only want to kill us and sell us!" Ranye said, she really despised humans huh? and looks like she's the leader of the group. I need to persuade her first to get her group.
"Ranye-san is it? Then how about you touch my hand and I will show you the world I'm talking about." I said while extending my hand for her to touch. I mean If I just transported her or her group it won't be good since she's vigilant towards me.
"Fine if you lie I'll kill you." She said, I nodded and she touched my hand. I teleported us to the 'Soul world' and we appeared at the spot where I intended to use for people to get citizenship.
"Ranye-san welcome to my kingdom or the 'Soul world', sorry for the name but I haven't decided a name for this world." I said, I walked to be in front of her and welcomed her. She was surprised that there is another world exist, I asked again
"Well then Ranye let's go back as we don't want your group to start panicking." I said, she nodded absentmindedly and we teleported back.
