Capítulo 261: Thanks, Alex

After giving it some thought Alex could see why Ethan would think that way. He knew the cover story that they were all cousins because they shared a last name but it could also work another way. They could all have the same last name because he was Alex and Claire's son. 

His made-up story was plausible. He could see why the teacher would buy it. Especially since both of them were put down as emergency contacts if something happened to Ethan while he was at school. 

He felt a bit sorry for the kid. All the other younger Numbers had proper parents at this point since their adoptions had finalized earlier this year. 

He didn't know who had adopted Mia and Ryan—only that they had been adopted—but Amara's last name now matched her old tutor's and the kids that ended up with the Wagners and Jorgensens had their names changed officially too. It was proof that they were part of their new families.
