Israel looked at Sara as she placed their food in front of him. His furrowed his brows while turning his gaze to Leah's plate

''Your mother gave me instructions to stop feeding Leah with bread and porridge. She is a human being who deserves to be treated as such. That is what the old Miss said'' Sara said without waiting for him to ask.

''I didn't say anything'' Israel grumbled.

Leah pulled her breakfast closer to her and started eating. She noticed the glare Israel was giving her and decided to ignore him.

''You seem to be enjoying the food?'' Israel asked.

''Mr. Davidson, you call me more than 100 times in a day. I should be strong enough to be able to attend to you, right?''

''Tsk'' Israel looked away and begun to eat his food.
