Capítulo 22: No Pickles
Deb Oh woke up to a growling stomach, she was hungry and did not want to eat a home made meal. It had been over 2 weeks since she ordered at a fast food restaurant.
"Let me see what Bcdonalds have for lunch."
Deb Oh went through the selection on her food delivery app Moordash which was in partnership with over 65 restuarants in her community.
"I want something light that sits well on my stomach....I'll go with Big Bac meal! No prickles for me! A Noke for my drink!"
The Big Bac meal was a meat based burger that comprised of two slices of bread, lettuce, mayonnaise, pickles, diced onions and a slice of yellow cheese. What made it a meal was the burger, french fries and a beverage of choice.
Deb Oh placed the order on the popular fast food franchise, totalling the order to $15.99 with taxes and app fee.
"I'll tip when my food arrives in one piece and the delivery driver shows up on time with no attitude!"
Deb Oh heard the notification and saw that the Moordash delivery service was on its way to her apartment in less than 10 minutes of submitting her order to the restaurant through the delivery app.
"What? So fast! Let me get dressed up before the driver arrives!"
Deb Oh scrambled to put on an unwashed long sleeved stretchy gown of white and red stripes and a scarf over her head which was messy from not combing them in days!

Deb Oh checked her phone and saw the text alert from Moordash, in 20 seconds she heard a knock at her door.
"Moordash here!"
"Wow! His here already?!"
The thought flashed through Deb Oh as she got up from her sleeping spot in the open space living room slash kitchen area. With no slippers on her feet, Deb Oh rushed to open the door fearing that the driver will leave with her food thinking that there was no one around to pick up the order.
"Thanks."
Deb Oh waved and thanked the driver, she shut her door, laying the brown paper bag on the carpeted floor and went to the kitchen to wash her hand with soap under running water from the tap.
Deb Oh sat to eat with her wet hand after opening the bag to confirm that her food was as ordered and that there was nothing missing.
"5 star for delivery driver and restuarant, tip $3!"
Deb Oh gave her rating and tip by clicking on the icon that was in the Moordash app while she munched on her food happily.
