Capítulo 293: EPISODE 73: The Tag!*
And there the four of us scowled at each other. Tabitha and Courtney, by their looks I could see how powerful they've grown despite meeting Courtney yesterday. Perhaps they are here for an excavation sent by no other than their boss, Leader Maxie. Courtney all seemed pleased and joyful that she finally got the opportunity to participate in a mission again after being dismissed for a long time.
"Team Magma admins, what are the two of you doing here?!" Logan shouted.
"Nothing much, just making Mew ours. You know, we were looking for the Ruby to awaken Groudon but then we heard a little commotion and found out that Mew has been spotted. Ha! Ha! Thank you very much, now it belongs and will soon serve Team Magma!" Tabitha answered in a feisty manner. The poor little Pokemon on the other hand lied paralyzed on the ground.
"Mew is ours, we found it first," I shouted back.
"Ooh, looks like things are heating up all of a sudden? Team Rocket, why a bother? Go back to the Kanto Region where you truly belong!" Courtney mocked then growled like a puppy. I could say, not only had she became stronger but her mentality has worsened.
"Team Rocket is everywhere, not only in the Hoenn Region."
"I feel sorry for you Luna, your organization has no leader at all."
"Well yeah?! What makes you think that? If what you say is true then our organization must be crippled by now."
"If that's the case, then we will be responsible for your downfall ha!" Courtney teased as she sent out her Camerupt. Suddenly, her phone began to ring and after looking at the caller she was hesitant at first. She then made the decision to answer it after being cloaked in fret and worry if she does not.
"..." the caller shouted at her.
"Yes? Hu-huh? Ow...ch... I'm sorry! Leader Maxie, I'm sorry! I won't do it...anymore! I'll never do anything...like that...again! So please...Forgive...Forgive me."
Out of nowhere, she began to cry, "Wah...wah...Sniffle... Sniff...sniffle...Ohh...ooh." as the caller declined the call.
"See? I told you he would've known. I was the one assigned anyway not you. Your job was to look for the Ruby on the other side of the cave but you decided to come with me instead." Tabitha facepalmed himself and sighed.
"Humph. No matters, I'm here already."
"Ya-da-ya-da! Let's get this over with, Skarmory stay strong!"
"You too, Bagon- I mean Shelgon!"
"So I guess it's a tag then huh? Come out Mightyena!" Tabitha tossed out his Mightyena into the battlefield as the battle for Mew begun.
"Shelgon, use Ember on Mightyena!"
"Air slash on Camerupt, Skarmory!"
The two admins opposed by asking both of their Pokemon to dodge the attack. Courtney turned up the heat with her Camerupt using Fire Blast while Tabitha's Mightyena used Snarl on Shelgon. Being slow, Sheldon was unable to attack and Skarmony was hit with a powerful move which is an advantage against its type.
"Shelgon, don't give up, use Headbutt!"
"Skarmory, swivel around then use Drill Peck on Mightyena!"
<Might! Might! Might!> Mightyena's jaws were hurt after being attacked by Skarmory. A single fang cut loose from its gums. Meanwhile, things are not going as planned with Shelgon as Camerupt dodges her move for the second time. Though her defense has increased her speed and stamina have drastically declined and now she moves like a turtle.
I was left with a troubled mind as I tried to figure out a plan. If stamina is not the key then there must be an alternative but what? Looks like Logan is having an easy time handling Tabitha. As for the battle between me and Courtney, she clearly has the advantage.
