I enter the library, filled with swirls of shelves containing books and archives of Team Rocket. This is truly larger than my library back in the orphanage. I'm definitely certain Virgo will like this once she sees how majestic this place is. A place wherein serenity cloaks you tightly, silence brings you peace.
Ah, how I miss the library of my orphanage. I used to draw and even until now I haven't looked up to my sketch pad since I'm quite busy nowadays not to mention all I did at night was to explore the endless internet. Well, even if it has been a long type I miss my passion for drawing and photography.
The only thing I ever pictured recently was me and my Pokemon all in one portrait and that was a month ago. And also, my skills have improved by a bit since I'm already seventeen. Ah, I've been an agent for two years and I love being one. So far at least.
As a reading enthusiast who barely reads, I think I know how to navigate myself through the maze of knowledge. An hour later, I was able to find a book entitled, "The Legends of Hoenn" which I'm hoping will answer my questions pertaining to Rayquaza. I do know about the space virus but for the rest? Not quite.
"Long, long ago, there appeared in Hoenn two Pokémon of fearsome power. These two became known, in later times, as Groudon and Kyogre. When Groudon howled, the earth swelled and the land grew wide. The sun blazed overhead, and all the world around the creature was enveloped in incandescent heat. When Kyogre roared, water poured forth and the seas spread outward. Dark clouds enshrouded the world, and the deluge fell upon all…
It was a primal age, early in the world's history. The natural world was overflowing with energy. That energy granted Groudon and Kyogre an overwhelming power. Seeking ever more of that energy for themselves, the two clashed again and again, and their battles cast the people and Pokémon of Hoenn into great danger. Brimming with the overwhelming power granted to them by nature's energy, their transformation was named "Primal Reversion" by later people. And the people called their tormentors Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre…
One Pokémon looked down upon this battle from the sky above. The Pokémon that dances in the heavens: Rayquaza. Rayquaza is venerated by the people of Hoenn as their protector and savior. When Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre had battled for 20 dawns and 20 nights, the world began to lose its natural balance and tilt toward destruction. The people, unable to endure any more, cried out to their mighty savior Rayquaza before a great stone that shone with rainbow brilliance. And a change came upon Rayquaza, weaving in the sky above Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre. Suffused in brilliant light, its body began to transform visibly. And then with its cry, it quenched the argument, ending the battle between the land and seas." I mutter slowly, reading the book I've found. Everything slowly became clear to me as I comprehend every word.
The more I read into it, the more interested I became to the point I could not hold myself from struggling to find another book similar to this. It somehow has a deeper backstory compared to the legends of Johto and Kanto. I even read a book pertaining to two Pokemon. One is masculine and the other is feminine. It is said, they are known as the Eon Pokemon.
"No wonder why Leader Crimson wanted to have Rayquaza in the first place. Its powers will surely devastate Deoxys in one blow." I thought to myself as I further read the book.
I continued to read more books pertaining to the same topic. I then figured out the process which shook the whole world and changed the form of Rayquaza. From the far region of Kalos, comes the peculiar stone capable of enabling a Pokemon to undergo a process known as Mega Evolution.
From a simple stroll into the alley of knowledge to something I did not expect. Throughout an hour and more, I've been doing extensive reading without even realizing it. Hoenn, everything about it fascinates my sanity. I rarely read but this is one of those times when I'm completely hooked to a topic
Luna is one year up!
I don't feel like giving Luna the ability to mega evolve her Pokemon yet since it is too early but she will definitely do so since it was hinted in the last chapters of volume two.
