She didn't like this feeling. He was growing on her, and she could do little or nothing to resist it.

''Let's go home now. ''

Nicklaus interrupted her thoughts, as he ended the hug and held her hand lovingly; Tiana sighed lightly as she forced her eyes away from him and looked towards the door.

When they arrived home, Diana and Richard were playing chess in the front porch. When they saw them, they paused to greet them.

''Tiana, you're back? ''

Richard called, his eyes fixated on her, as though there was no-one by her side.

''Yeah, we are back. I can see you guys are having fun? ''

Tiana greeted and a dark shade of red crept up her cheeks when she felt Nicklaus arm go around her waists. She resisted the urge to glance at his face because she was sure it would be icy. Richard glanced briefly at his hand on her waists and looked back up to her face,

''it's not a lot of fun, but I think it's better than nothing. ''
