Capítulo 6: "How old are you?!"
Meanwhile outside of Junjie's old bedroom...
There were an old couple, a teenager and a man in his late twenties trying to eavesdrop the couple in the bedroom. After some useless eavesdropping, the old couple started to scold the man in his late twenties.
"Bolin! How old are you?!"Li Weisheng asked Bolin."I'm the same age of Junjie?!Uh why did you ask?"Bolin answered. He was a bit curious about the old man asking his age randomly."Where is your child, huh?!When are you going to get married?!" Li Weisheng asked again."Uncle, I don't even have a girlfriend!" Bolin answered.Out of the blue, Li Meixiang pulled the bachelor's right ear."Oww, aunty why are you torturing me for?"Bolin asked Li Meixiang.She sighed and scolded him"Even though your not my son, you must get married.Man at your age are really uncontrollable and unmanageable! Someone need to manage you."
Bolin frozed and thought [Hmph, this woman is really exhausting.Ima get revenge at you Junjie for opening the door to slow! Junjie!Open the door!] Meixiang continued pulling his right ear.Bolin snapped and exclaimed "Okay, okay! Aunty I will get a girlfriend and get married soon!"The main reason the Li's kept reminding he had to get married soon because he doesn't have any relatives except his uncle.His uncle took care of him after Bolin's parents died in a car crash.
Junjie slowly opened the door and the old couple came in.
Li Meixiang asked Changying" Dear, do you need some herbal tea?I'll go ask the maids for some? Okay?". Changying answered with "It's okay aunty- " Weisheng gave her a cold glare."Uhh it's okay mom, I can make it myself."Weisheng added " Dont act tough, Changying!You are sick and weak at this moment" .Changying continue to nod at their nagging.
Meanwhile outside of the bedroom, Bolin was texting a mysterious man.In fact it was Zhongqing.Bolin was asked by Zhongqing to spy on Junjie since the divorce.The text was...
Bolin: I will initiate the test.Come here in 30
minutes...
Zhongqing: Sure.Why though?
Bolin: Don't you know your sister a bit of a
crybaby?
Zhongqing: Oh yeah.Okay!
The text ended.The main reason Zhongqing asked Bolin to become his spy he wanted to ensure if Junjie is capable of taking care of Changying again. Zhongqing was scared to lose his sister again. The old couple left the bedroom and Bolin entered the room.He closed the door.The would-to-be couple is still there. The couple didn't realize Bolin entering nor closing the door.
"So what happen to your attitude?What happen when I was gone?" Changying asked. Junjie had a nervous laugh."Uhh how can I explain this?" Junjie exclaimed."Let me explain.Well you see after you guys divorce, he started to take out his rage on his employees and me myself.He started cussing, smoking and drinking"
Changying was shocked.She realised there were some weird smell on his sweater."So that's explain the weird smell.Are they more?" Changying asked.Junjie thoughts were...
[The heck! Bolin why you keep tattletale my secrets.Okay, Chill Junjie.He didn't tell the other one yet.]
Bolin yelled "Heck yeah there's more.Sometimes he throws coffee and documents at the employees face including me.Most of the employees quit their job because of him .He started going on blind dates." Changying face darkened.She walked towards Bolin and hid herself behind him.Then she said while tilting her head" Are the girls beautiful?" Junjie said "They are-[ Oh shit!] It's not what you think it is!" Well Junjie is a bad liar.The girls he dated was beautiful and pretty.But Changying was more beautiful.
Changying asked again" Are they nice?"."W-well- " Junjie said while stuttering.The girls were nice to him because he is the heir to the Li Cooperation. They wanted him because of his money. Changying placed her head onto Bolin's back."Once he went to Hong Kong and go rides in Disneyland for his blind date .He seem to have fun though." Bolin added. Changying said "I thought you didn't like that kind of stuff." Junjie kept quiet through all the test he was given.
Suddenly Bolin felt his back was moist and uneasy.He turned around squatted down a bit to Changying's height."H-hey I didn't mean to.."Bolin said to Changying while wiping her tears.He turned and gave Junjie cold glare.Junjie mumbled without talking.He said was "Stop tattletale. I could've told her later." Bolin answered with " If you told her later, it would been more depressing." Bolin can read lips for some reasons.
Suddenly Changying opened the door and ran to the main gate. She saw her brother was waiting for her in a Black Maybach.She entered the car while bursting in tears."Now what happen? Where's Junjie and Junjin?" Zhongqing asked her. Changying didn't acknowledge his questions.She mumbled "I thought he wanted to start over but he was breaking me over and over again."
Zhongqing sighed and asked the driver to went straight to his apartment.
