<Character Selection>:: The holder of LETHE can design a specific identity and reality to present to others, with multiple differing identities with their own unique concepts being capable of being designed and chosen at will. A base Bloodline can be set for the Character to be designed as concepts are built around it, the result being something that cannot be differentiated by even existences with TABOO Nomological Edicts unless they know what they are looking for.
