It took two days before the police sent out a press release stating that He Weiling was sentenced to life imprisonment for homicide, while his wife was sentenced to ten years as an accomplice.
They were also sentenced to recompense He Lixue by reimbursing all the properties and wealth that they had taken from her, as they were the cause of her coma, and on top of that, they had to pay her compensation for the years she spent in a coma, and also for the loss of her parents.
In the end, the He family had to hand over all their properties and shares of the businesses they took over, including the He Corporation that had originally belonged to her father.
He Lixue was not studying to become a businesswoman, however, when she took over the He Corporation, she decided to change her initial plans for the future.
Good day
As some of you might have sensed, Forsaken by Love is about to come to an end. Tomorrow will be the last chapter.
Forsaken by Love is a short novel, but I never planned it to be very long.
It was a novel I began purely on impulse, and I have had a lot of fun with it over the months, but as with all other novels, when you have not planned it out ahead, it is hard to keep it going.
As such, I have decided to end it rather than dragging it out, and making it becoming boring.
I hope you can respect my choice, and in the meanwhile will go and check out Forsaken Immortals, another series I am releasing.
