Capítulo 110: Desire

The news outlets were all focusing on the battle at the abandoned factory. No one knew who was behind it, but what was known was that more than a thousand people had lost their lives in the battle. 

According to the police officers, who had been present at the scene, corpses were lying in piles, having died from various causes, ranging from explosives to gunshots. 

While the ordinary citizens were full of fear about what might happen to them, the Police Chief went forward to say that they should not fear. 

He also informed everyone that it was a showdown between two international criminal syndicates, and that they had left the country after finishing their battle. 

While many still felt worried, the initial panic vanished, and they relaxed again. The crime syndicates did not usually go against commoners; they stayed in the abyss.
