Capítulo 41: DEMON SLAYER EXAMINATION
Now we are leaving for the Demon Slayer Examination. It would normally take us 2 weeks to reach their but I simply got information about the area, marked it on my Smartphone and used Spacial Manipulation to reach there.
But before we leave, Sakonji Master gave us both Full Face Mask and swords that damages demons as normal ones don't work on them. After taking it only did I use Spacial Manipulation. When we reached the foot of the mountain. We both took a deep breath. Well with my enhanced lungs it was a very long deep breath.
" The air here is so refreshing, right, Jamie?" Saya asked me. " Yeah, it is quite refreshing and the atmosphere as well as the scenery is also quite enjoyable." I replied.
Then we started climbing the Mountain and soon reached the place where trees with pink glowing petals were blooming and many other people were present here. I saw someone who later became the Poison Hashira. Shinobu.
' Well this helps in checking the timeline. She joined Demon corps because her sister was killed by demons. Well I won't let her ruin her life and will help her as I am going to destroy demons within 2 years.' I thought.
After sometime, 2 little girls came and gave us instructions entailing how some demon Slayers have imprisoned demons here and how we have to survive in there for a week in order to become a demon slayer.
After they signalled us all the participants went inside the forest filled with demons.
I paired up with Saya. Soon we came across 2 demons. After seeing the demons Saya spoke," let me take Care of them." I nodded at that as they were too weak for me and she needed to check how strong she got with only sword skills in consideration.
She killed the 2 in one slash only. Well she did grow alot in This small amount of time. Her swords skills are at Intermediate level while mine are at Advanced level.
We came across many demons but only Saya took care of them. later we found a perfect place for camp and I used My Null Magic to create a camp for both of us which included modern kitchen, hall, drawing room, 3 Bedrooms with attatched bathrooms also I created a training field and pool. and later used Barrier Magic to create offensive and defensive barriers around the Camp cum House.
The barrier consisted of Holy Barrier which I already tested on the demons earlier and found light, holy and fire magic destroying them all. Then I created force field if someone tries to force themselves in they will get rebound by double the force.
Then I created another barrier with which I will know if someone is attacking us with harm or any other neferious thing in mind and that would zap them all. After doing all that I nodded in satisfaction at my work.
For two days straight we enjoyed ourselves inside the house after which I got bored and switch on my T.V and saw how other contestants were doing after a few minutes I saw Shinobu in a tight situation against an ugly demon who have consumed more than 50 humans.
When I saw that I immediately went to help her. After I reached their I saw shinobu being attack by it's massive claws. I pulled my sword from it's sheath and *Swish* both the demon's arms were sliced through.
" Arrghhhh" The demon screamed loudly and I sliced it's neck as it was annoying me.
I turned towards shinobu and asked if she was alright," Are you okay?" I asked and she nodded. then I asked," Do you want to come with me. I have created a stronghold where no demon can attack us." She readily nodded.
