She stared at him to get some information about the third floor. But he looked away from her while his hand was still petting her hair. She loved what he was doing but she wanted to know what he was doing on the third floor so secretive not even letting her approach anywhere near it.

He was dead tired, he wanted to sleep but she was fully awake. He didn't know if he should sleep or give her some company. His eyes were feeling heavy because the time now was already half-past three. By seeing the lights, he tried to stay awake but he really did not feel like answering her 'hundred questions bank'.
