This scene is where Lord Warwick will start to fight back. From this point on, Lord Warwick will no longer be on Edward's side. He will fight hard to put someone else on the throne. Which leads to the downfall of Edward's rule.
Elizabeth Woodville, Queen Of England:
"Elizabeth!" I hear my fathers voice in the distance, and then I see John and Antony behind him. Why could they possibly be here. I thought they were with Edward touring the kingdom?
"Father! What are you doing here?"
"We are to ride with you. There is a rebellion, a Robin Redesdale," I couldn't possibly believe there were still people who dared come against Edward even after 6 peaceful years of reign. Besides what's a little rebellion gonna possibly do to the King and Queen of England, along with their children.
I honestly believe my father is being a little bit overdramatic. "That's a Fanciful name for some petty rebel Father. Ed will stamp it all out in a heartbeat." Obviously I didn't think much of it.
Edward would take care of it in an instant. There's no need to be so on guard about it. Almost everyone respects us now. We are the threat, not some petty rebel on the side of the street.
"Someone is paying the new men, Elizabeth. They have strong, new boots and this is Warwick's country." I honestly thought this was not an issue. Why was everyone being so serious about it. Warwick doesn't have nearly that much power as he did before. He shouldn't be that much of a threat to us!
"Warwick? What threat is Warwick to us now?" Warwick was practically a nobody now. He might hsve money, but we could easily control his men to stop this rebellion.
"This is no Joke, Elizabeth." John started getting angry at me.
That is when Antony decided to join the conversation. "It is certain. There are thousands of men-in-arms under Warwick's orders. He is King-making again." He is King-making again? Who is he trying to make King. George, Henry?
Why the hell would he risk all his hard work to get Edward on the throne just to take him off of it. Has he realized that Edward is his Own Man, and can make his own decisons, and that he doesn't have a grasp over him anymore.
Anne Neville:
Issy was standing in front of me in a beautiful gown. She has her long brown hair flowing on her shoulders. "You look beautiful, Issy."
Issy did not look too excited, at least not as excited as me. She was to become Queen, Father was gonna make George King, and married to Issy she would be Queen.
"Do you think George will adore me, Annie? The way that the King does her?" I think Issy was more excited over the fact that she would finally get married. And have someone to love her, like I love her. That is all Issy has every wished for in this life, and that was to have someone that loved her as much as she loved them.
"I am sorry that Father could not get Richard for you." That is true, and the reason for it made me love him even more. But I get to see my sister happy and that is all that matters, right now at least.
"It is not him that I am concerned with. Just, I did rather want to be a duchess." I had to keep my feelings hidden, so that Issy wouldn't feel bad. It is her wedding day, she should be the happiest women alive.
Father and George walked in, I assume they are here to take Issy. "Come on, Let's get this done." Father had a very cold look on his face, it would send chills down anyones spine really. I was scared for my sister now. Those men didn't look a bit happy, not even a bit.
