Capítulo 36: Chapter 37: Curbing the Arrogance
Alexander had already conquered the non magical counterpart of South American Continent, Canada, Greenland, Australia, parts of USA, European countries, parts of Britain. Now, Alexander wanted to completely control the magical parts of South American Continent, Canada, Greenland and Australia. Alexander was not going to control the rest of the magical world. He was going to use these parts as training grounds while focusing his attention on the east.
Alexander had noticed the inherent arrogance that was starting to rise in his subjects. They were believing themselves to be superior to others because of being part of the Fortis Empire. Alexander had no problem in having his subjects becoming proud of their kingdom and king but this proudness should not be replaced with arrogance. When someone becomes arrogant, he begins to make mistakes, mistakes that can be very damaging in the long run.
Alexander did not want his subjects to commit some mistake that could lead to the destruction of the kingdom. Alexander knew that the beings and wars that he would fight in future would be on a level that he could not even imagine. At that time, Alexander would have to depend on his subjects to fight such fights as he could be potentially injured or unconscious at that time. As such Alexander needed capable commanders not arrogant a**h***s who would lead his kingdom to ruin. As the European countries and M.A.C.U.S.A had already the experience of fighting a war, they would give a very tough opposition to his men.
Alexander planned to use them to sharpen his men and also train his men in magical warfare. Alexander knew that he would lose thousands of magicals to this war but it is better than losing his entire kingdom and his life in future. Alexander knew that the loss of lives and the horrors of war would sober his men up but excessive loss of life would scar them for life so Alexander planned to subjugate the decision makers of the opposite side in order to crub the losses of both the sides.
Alexander was not going to reveal himself in this war and this would be the reason given by his men on the opposite side when their orders of controlled retaliation is questioned but passive war would not help. Alexander planned to have the opposition launch surprise strong attacks on his army to give his army a proper training and also to crub the dessenters of the other side. The reason given to the dessenters would be that these attacks were made to make their leader come out. That way both the sides can have committed war which would be ultimately beneficial to him.
Alexander was not worried about the reactions of his subjects when the curtains to his play falls down. They are absolutely loyal to him if Alexander asked them to sacrifice their first born to him, they would happily do so and the first borns in question would happily get sacrificed. That was the power Alexander had over his subjects. But first, Alexander wants to deal with the goblins. Tonight, the Gringrots branches all over the magical parts of the world that he was aiming to claim, were going to be hit simultaneously and Alexander wanted to give a taste of war to his men. This assault would be led in two parts. First, the elves would kill all the combatants of the branch and the Magi would clean up the rest. Alexander knew that many Magi would be for the first time would be seeing war and blood so Alexander was not going to push them into the deep end but it would be difficult for them to stomach all this bloodshed.
Alexander then would claim the whole bank. This assault would have to be completed in one week. As after one week, the monthly merit would be given to goblins and the various goblin clans would make bets with each other so it was important to end all the goblin race within one week. After ending the goblin race, Alexander planned to turn his attention to the east. But, Alexander was not going to go unprepared. Alexander had a massive stockpile of dragon blood with him now, Alexander wanted to advance his dragon bloodline as much as he can with this blood. Also, Alexander had reached the peak of the crystal stage and the straining exercise is no longer effective and the magic increasing ritual would also have only one more usage left. Now, Alexander was to prepare to advance to a higher state of being which would be very difficult.
The next state of being were called magus. When the magic core reaches the peak of the crystal core, it stops further condensation but that doesn't mean that there is no more advancement. After this stage, the Magi himself evolves and becomes a magus. In normal words, a magus is a generator while a magi is a battery. A Magi has to absorb magic from his surroundings to fill up his magical core but a magus has no magical core as a magi becomes a magus when his magic core completely merges with his body. This is the dividing line where many powerful magi have perished. A magus does not need magic from his surroundings but he himself produces magic as such a magus never has the shortage of magic but the magus need to have a strong body in order to channel their magic. There are tiers in magus also but for Alexander, this much information for the time being was sufficient so he was not going to peer more into the past.
Alexander planned to go east when he would have become a magus till then he would send the spies of Eastern descent from his kingdom in order to easily mingle with the native population. Spies would be send to both the magical and the non magical side. Alexander planned to slowly conquer the east.
Night came and Alexander ordered the elves and magi to begin the operation. The first target was the Egypt bank. The invasion went without any suspense as the Eygptian Gringrots branch holds a celebration for 3 days to celebrate their continuing first position for centuries. The goblins had drank themselves to unconciousness. Alexander himself attacked the Egyptian Ministry of Magic. He started with the Unspeakables of the Egyptian ministry. The Unspeakables gave Alexander some surprises as Alexander had personally locked down the ministry, he was not worried of anyone escaping. The egyptians had thrown dark curses, soul curses, unforgiveable curses, runic curses and anything that they could think of but Alexander was relatively unharmed. He was singed at some places but was alright but the same could not be said for his opposers. The whole departments was in shambles and the Unspeakables were beaten to the inch of their lives. Alexander had not killed them as they were the best researchers of the magic in this world and also acted as special forces of the magical world. Alexander planned to have them train the Magi of his army who would show potential in the upcoming war in order to prepare for the future conflict in the east. Alexander also planned to have them train him.
Alexander then moved towards the Auror Department and then the whole ministry. It took Alexander 2 hours to completely conquer the ministry. Now, that the whole continent both magical and nonmagical parts were under his control, he could now establish his country in this world and permanently link this world and his kingdom. This will result in making the magic available to all the people living in his kingdom and also addition of new knowledge in the fire of civilization.
