Capítulo 102: Calm In the Chaos

Laying her head on her pillow, Irene decided to call it a day. It was still late evening and a couple of hours remaining for the night to arrive, but the recent events had exhausted her. She felt so awfully lethargic and disinterested in almost anything and everything that she wanted to do nothing. Just absolutely nothing.

Back then when she had considered that her life was becoming too dramatic to be real was so right. All of a sudden, everything in her life had changed, in a way that she could have never imagined.

Ayden and his sickening comments?

Ashton and his mind games?

Grace and drugs?

Like what in the world was happening? She groaned, whining like an annoyed baby turning on her stomach. She pushed her head in her pillow blabbering incoherent something.

Why couldn't it be a nightmare? At least she would know that all of it would be over the moment she would wake up.
