Constar Star was one of the most ancient planets within the Dragon Ascension Cosmic Country, having existed for over twenty billion years.

In the Middle Ages, this planet had already developed advanced civilizations and was once the core of the entire universe. The heightened development of the Mechanical Civilization soon led to conflicts between intelligent machines and humans, ultimately resulting in the obliteration of the entire civilization by war.

The resurgence of Constar Star began over three thousand years ago. This abandoned planet was redeveloped by the Federation Government, and a large amount of Mechanical Civilization heritage was unearthed, rebuilding the cities based on Mechanical Civilization. Over these three thousand years, the planet had remained the largest manufacturing hub in the Dragon Ascension Cosmic Country.

It was this manufacturing prosperity that led to the presence of many large-scale shipyards and ship repair docks.
