Both the influential families in the country were wanting him as son in law and the Wu family was not ready to let go of this opportunity. Wu Qing knew that only Wu Li Shu would support him in the house but their words carried no weight in the family.
Wu Qing immediately gave a call to Wang Yu and as soon as Wang Yu picked up the call, Wu Qing said,, "Why would your sister be interested in marrying me?"
Wang Yu had no idea that his grandfather had spoken to Wu Qing's grandfather regarding this. He was busy looking after his wife and life and his mother also had not said a word about this.
Wang Yu could not understand what Wu Qing was saying, "Why would she want to marry you?"
Wu Qing tried to speak as calmly as he could, "That is what I'm asking you. Why did your grandfather talk to my grandfather regarding this?"
Wang Yu shook his head, "I have no idea what you're talking about"
"You can't let this happen no matter what. These two are making me go mad"

Wu Qing said to Wang Yu, "Hand over the phone to your wife. I want to talk to her"
Wang Yu replied coolly, "She's pregnant. Don't let her get stressed over something insignificant"
"Something insignificant? My life is on the line here."
"I can't get involved in your family issues."
"How can you abandon me now? I'm going crazy here"
"I can only help you regarding Wang Yiran. The Zhao family would not listen to me. You know about Zhao Ming Mei very well"
"Convince your family first. I will take care of the rest"
Wang Yu cut the call. He could not understand why Wang Yiran and his family were suddenly interested in Wu Qing now. The Wang family had wanted Chu Yan to marry Wang Yiran and Wang Yu did not know why that changed suddenly.
Li Zi Yun who had been listening to conversation quietly asked Wang Yu, "Was it Brother Wu Qing?"
"How do you know?"
"I could hear his screaming from here. What happened?"
"It's nothing important. Are you hungry now?"

Wang Yu's words came to her mind and she continued, "How is this not a serious issue? Do you hate your friend so much? How can you say that even after knowing everything about your sister?"
Wang Yu pulled Li Zi Yun to his lap and tried to change the topic, "baby I will take care of that. I don't want you to get tensed over anything"
Li Zi Yun asked Wang Yu, "Why did your family change from Chu Yan to Brother Wu Qing?"
"No idea"
"Then find out what's happening. Brother Wu Qing had helped me so much in the past. The least I could do for him is save him from your sister"
Li Zi Yun left the room to talk to Brother Wu Qing. After she left the Li family, Wu Li Shu and Brother Wu Qing had helped her so much in the past and she had not done anything for them. The least she could do is stop these wedding talks before it escalated further.
Wang Yu was getting ready to leave to office. He was leaving later than usual. Li Zi Yun had morning sickness and Wang Yu did not have the heart to leave Li Zi Yun alone at home most of the days, but Li Zi Yun always chased him out at the end.
