Capítulo 16: {Clarifying}
this isn't a chapter. I'm trying to clarifying something
this is a fiction novel, some people need to stop trying to look so deep into everything, I even try to explain the changes and reasons for why his strength seems inconsistent, I literally gave hints in the chapters.
"his body becoming heavier in an instant, the sudden shifts in weight"- indicating that his body was shifting in mass to decide how heavy he should be to fight more efficiently.
"Spencer stood up with zero difficulty, due to his body's newfound instinct of being less wasteful of movement"- I put this in to show that his body was different in how it stored its mass and was more efficient with how it is distributed. him fumbling around due to his increased weight would be pointless and extremely INEFFICIENT.
and to the people asking how can, any dinosaur can withstand his attacks without becoming a puddle of blood, is because.
1. all the creatures are all enhanced considerably to make his fights more interesting.
2. after taking over a terrain I made it so that no creature in that terrain posed a threat to him anymore. looking back to when he sent a glancing blow at the dinosaur that attacked him, I put this in to show that dinosaurs on land were no longer a threat to him in any case, so he doesn't take them seriously anymore
and about his weight, before chapter 9 he used to gain weight from the creatures he absorbs, but in further chapters, he only gains the traits and a strength boost from the creatures because of what I said in the 8th chapter, his body is striving to be more efficient meaning not adding on any more weight to his frame, adding unneeded weight would be VERY inefficient.
another thing is it's a fantasy, no point in looking into it so deeply, and even so, I try to give a reason for his sudden changes.
and to those saying I don't understand my own character despite me CREATING him, all those "inconsistencies" are literally explained in chapter 8
anything else I need to clarify?.
