"Heh, probably won't even be able to train his Pokémon properly." Darius says while everyone ignores him secretly thinking of him in distain.

"I challenge you to a battle, I mean you at least need experience, right? Least I can do for you is this."
"Nah, I'm fine, fighting you wouldn't give me experience..." I say while walking out the lab.
"What did you say to me?!" He tells while grabbing my shoulder.
I finally decide enough is enough and glare him down while unleashing my aura, "I said you wouldn't give me any experience. Do you understand? You aren't even worth the effort."
Usually he would have gritted his teeth or screamed his head off but I happened to unleash some aura I had trained up from the last 9 years.
Kid pissed his pants.

I arrived at the entrance of route one with anticipation, finally I'm able to begin my journey! Finally! Fuck yes!
But, unfortunately it's not all fun and games....alas

Unfortunately I'm going to have to risk my life to save a bunch of Pokémon, but it's least I can do after dropping into this wonderful world. I check the shop function and it's basically a miniature Pokémart on me at all times which include Potions, Pokéballs, and the like seems most of it is still grayed out though.
I reinvigorate myself and step into route one with Charmander infront of me, unfortunately he is a bit timid around me still and I'm going to have to earn his trust.
Oh wait! I forgot, 'Observe'

Holy shit! I've never heard of this before! I look at Charmander with glee, whose over agrressive? My little Charmander is a timid little cutey! Who could call him over aggressive!
Time to brainwash hehe.
"Charmander!"

"Always remember this time buddy! Remember when you were weak and could do anything! Never forget it! You can only change this when you are strong! And together we will become strong! But never forget these times as only the truly strong keep the humility of when they were weak!"
"Char!" He yells with vigor.
I'm pretty sure he only understands half of what I said, damn I suck at brainwashing, but it'll probably go well, hopefully.....
"Alright, Charmander lets start training first! I'm not gonna use you the next gym because it's too early but, I'm going to have you clear the entire Viridian Forest for me!"
"Char! Charmander!"

It's been awhile since I've arrived at route one and so far I've seen no ho-ohs....truly unfortunate...
I haven't encounter any with while Pokémon just some Spearows that tries to attack us that where obliterated by Pikachu..
He even brought the entire flock but nothing changed they were all inflicted comatose status effect from Pikachu's Thunderbolt.
Other than that it was just Charmander taking out a few Rattatas with his ember or dragon dance / scratch combo.
"Hey, you kid!"
I only need a little longer to go...
"Hey!"
Hm...? Is someone calling me...!
"Hey, kid!"
"Ah? Yes?"
The man in the middle of the forest with a blue apron and blue cap who stopped me in my track walks over to me,
"Kid, take this free sample!"
"Hm...? Thanks, but what are you doing handing samples in the middle of the woods?"
I say while snatching the potion out of his hand pretending to put it in my bag while depositing it in my inventory.
What? You think I won't take it?!
"It's a way to promote business!"
"Eh..?? Why in the middle of these large woods where anyone can just completely walk past you without knowing?"
"Uh—"
"Why in the forest you don't even have a Pokémon to defend yourself with?!"
"—Ah.."
"And worst of all you're advertising for the single most well know shop in the entire region, the league sponsored Pokémart!"
"..."
"Hm... Well thanks for the sample but you should be more careful..!"
I say while secretly 'depositing' most of the potions he had on hand while quickly leaving the area...
"Pika...."
"Hmph! Why wouldn't I do that?! Do you think money grows on trees!"
Pikachu was probably thinking at
this moment, shameless!
