Jeran's response was lackluster, his voice tinged with sadness as he handed over the items. "Yeah.. just give them to me."

Concern etched on his face, Siverra couldn't help but ask, "What's got you down?"

Jeran sighed deeply, his expression conveying his disappointment. "Oh, you know.. you just surprised me.. and I burnt my food.."

Regret filling his heart, Siverra apologized, "Oh.. .. my bad."

Jeran retreated into another room, leaving Siverra alone in the kitchen. The sounds of clanging metal and banging tools filled the air as Jeran worked to complete the task at hand.
