A silvery tinkling of a lullaby was softly playing from the window of the master's bedroom.
The entrance to the balcony was opened, allowing the icy morning breeze to come through.
Lu Yin Ze stood on the balcony.
In his hand was a musical lamp box that had the same design he had gifted to Xiong Zhi before. While deep in thoughts, he heard a knock on the door.
The butler's voice sounded.
"Young Master, your breakfast is ready."
Lu Yin Ze stirred, walked back into the room, and changed to a thicker fur robe to protect himself from the cold. If the servants and his grandfather saw that he was not taking care of his health, they would start worrying again.
Opening the door, he saw his butler standing a few steps away.
He asked about his grandfather.
"Master Lu is preparing to come down."
Lu Yin Ze was the first to arrive at the dining table. He did not start and waited for his grandfather.
