Tim travelled all the way here in this so-called City of Smiles, Bacolod City.
The city isn't like any other cities in the country, since the city has at least some green mountains and amazing tourist spots located in its
countryside.
This is Tim's first time to come to this place and he is really unfamiliar. He only came here for his task to find someone.
Thanks to his motorcycle, he can travel the place easily.
Tim stopped over a restaurant for his lunch. He decided to try some of their delicacies which is his first time seeing it.
He saw a dish which is a mixture of crabs, lobsters and various vegetables with some unfamiliar things added to it. Tim felt like he will drool if he keeps on looking at it so he ordered it together with some rice.
Tim occupied an empty spot and opened his phone to learn more about his target.
Jimmy Lana, 26 years old, and single.
Works as an accountant in the government office. But they know that he is a phenomenal, with a strange ability of Bloodlust.
Tim looks at the photo. Jimmy wears an eyeglass and he seems like a nerdy guy. One may mistake him as a weak and innocent guy.
According to one of the reports by the police, he almost committed a murder last month. He was being held by a group of thieves for him to hand his money to them.
Refusing to do so since he needed money, the thieves got mad and beat him. According to the statement given by Jimmy, he suddenly felt like he got possessed when he felt an unbelievable strength inside him. His thoughts are unclear as he fought back the thieves, when a couple of witnesses suddenly appeared and called the police.
The witnesses said that Jimmy was about to smash the head of one of the thieves with a stone when he fainted.
Jimmy told the police that he can't clearly remember what happened at that time. Some doctors checked him but they found no anomaly. It was after several days that he was freed, while the thieves are thrown to jail.
But Tim knows that this isn't simple. Watching the interview of Jimmy with one of the police officers, he concluded that he is a phenomenal. The reason why Jimmy fainted was possibly because it is his first time to awaken his ability and his body isn't used to his power.
He also studied Jimmy's parentage and his siblings.
Tim and his friends termed his ability as Bloodlust, and they need further investigations to know what this ability can do.

Nighttime.
Tim is in front of a two storey house. He is waiting at the sideways where there are lots people. After patiently waiting for an hour, his target came out.
He saw that Jimmy is headed at the grocery, probably to buy something, so he followed him and went to the grocery to also buy.
Under Tim's sleeve is his thin and short knife, which he will use.
Deciding that this is the best opportunity to execute his plan discreetly, he quickly made an upward slicing motion where he cut some of Jimmy's hairs. Tim caught the falling hairs and immediately left, not planning to buy anymore.
He looked back and saw that Jimmy was still unaware of what happened.

Jakarta, Indonesia.
Chelsea hated the fact that she has to go to Jakarta, Indonesia, if not for the fact she has to complete her task. Well, all expenses aren't covered by her, so she can also use this time to visit the place. But most importantly, she will find a phenomenal, an important one, since these people's ability is rather peculiar.
Upon arriving at the airport, she rested for a while since she is having a jet lag. She and her friends once came to this place to take a vacation, so she is a little bit familiar on some of the places of Indonesia.

After taking her shower in a hotel where she stayed, her phone rang when she came out of the bathroom.
"What is it, Micah?" Chelsea asked over the phone while drying her hair with a towel.
"Have you finished your task?"
Chelsea thought that this woman is insulting her.
"I just arrived here girl, and I'll do it tomorrow. I'm the last one who's papers and passport was managed by Miller." Chelsea replied. The one who called her was Micah, the one who is in Florida, USA.
"I see, if not for Miller, it is impossible for us to accomplish these things."
Miller is the one who took care of all the paperwork and documents for their travel, since he has the capacity to do it thanks to his background. Miller is their friend anyways.
The two ladies chatted for a bit before Chelsea hung up.
'Gosh, I'm tired.'
Forgetting to eat, she fell asleep immediately.

Sarun Keppa. 51 years old. A masseur who uses traditional massage techniques.
Famed for his expertise in the field, but he is not the only one, as his daughter was said to have inherited his ability.
Menar Keppa. 22 years old. Still a college student but often times gives massage sessions to female customers only.
Chelsea will meet these two persons. But only very few knows that these two people are phenomenal. Their ability lets them perform many things, aside from relieving people of their back pains, muscle tensions, certain illnesses, and others.
The people in their locality said that the father and daughter provide the best massage services that even lets them discover if there are any hidden ailments of their customers. This was proven true many times already.
Their phenomenal ability doesn't have a name yet, but according to their leader, the father and daughter can also discover foreign objects in the body such as hidden threats that will result in sicknesses just by massaging people.
There are few cases where people who had full body massages have their death age guessed accurately after a massage. But there are also some where their death ages can't be determined.
But that isn't the main thing, the most important one is the secret of Sarun and Menar. Aside from all of the mentioned talents, the father and daughter duo have the ability to connect their consciousness to other people through body contact.
This is one thing that Chelsea and friends learned from their leader. Their ability only lasts for few seconds in one person, but it can help the Sarun and his daughter tell what kind of person they have touched, his or her thoughts, the emotions and can even tell if they are phenomenals or not.
That doesn't mean they can mind read though, as they can only know if the person's intention is good or bad, or something like that.
'This ability is weird. I guess I'll go check it out. It looks like it has some flaws, but it needs to researched.'
Chelsea reached their residence. There are some people who are possibly waiting in line for their turn.
'I guess I'll have the daughter give me a nice in-depth full body massage.
Her presence attracted some attention, mainly from the men. Her beauty is different, since it is an Oriental one, so the men who are waiting for their turns always cast her lustful glances.
'They are no different from the bastards in my hometown.'
Chelsea ignored them and patiently waited for her turn. If those men dared to approach her, she will surely do something about it.
The next moment, she can sense the men whispering to each other then one of them walked towards her slowly.
Chelsea didn't care about it while closing her eyes. When she sensed the man half a meter away from her, she used two fingers to strike some vital points of the man's body. It took her in the blink of an eye two finish it then she closed her eyes again.
THUD!!
The man dropped in to a kneeling position with his knees supporting him, but the man was paralyzed.
The man maintained that position for two hours, finally gasping for air. He couldn't speak, and he felt dread to the woman who looks like a demon in his eyes. Chelsea is currently inside the house, ready for her turn.
The man looked around, and people gave him weird looks, even his friends are shocked. During his paralysis mode, he can't speak and hear, only his eyeballs have the authority to move, he literally can't move and hear.
He ran away from the scene, terrified.
The people was confused.
"What happened?"
"I don't know."
"I didn't clearly see and understand what happened."
"Is that man crazy?"
"What's up with the woman earlier?"
