Capítulo 25: 25. Back to School
Carla returned to San Diego after a few days. Randy didn't forget to tell to her to take care and not leak something about her being a member of the Scar. She is not a phenomenal, but she was trained in martial arts when she was younger. Also, her skills in handling computer is top notch, and her college course is also Computer Programming.
She also knows the situation of the group from Jay and their father, and she also told them to take care.
Jay arrived at school and spotted Bren and Charlene sitting on a bench. They are smiling happily and chatting with each other.
'I just hope they will be together for a long time then.'
Jay hoped for the best for his friend. He doesn't want his friend to get hurt. Also, he knew that Charlene is a good girl.
With that thoughts in mind, he entered their classroom. He saw that his classmates are busy doing something.
'Was there an assignment?'
He approached one of his classmate and asked if there is homework for the first class period.
The boy raised his head to look at Jay. Seeing his gaze, Jay felt weird.
"So?"
Seeing that Jay is serious, he told him that there is an assignment. He even lent his book to Jay and Jay took it to do the task.
'Did that boy really forget it?'
Inside the mind of that boy, he truly wondered if Jay is taking his study seriously.
'Whatever'.
The bell rang, and at the same time, Bren entered the room with a happy face. His smile also looks stupid.
"Oh? Good morning Jay, nice to see you again".
"Hmm", Jay just nodded towards Bren.
Bren saw that Jay just started doing his homework. He pity him since Mrs. Melissa Ran may enter the room any second now. Well, he also just finished his homework, but he can't let Jay borrow it since he doubted that his answers are okay.
The teacher entered the room. As usual, Mrs. Melissa still looks pretty and energetic. After some greetings, she instructed the students to have their homework checked.
The checking lasted for several minutes. Bren felt satisfied with his score. He looked at Jay and saw him closing his eyes.
Remembering last time when he got a perfect score, he took his paper. This time, Jay's score was not perfect, passable and even surpassed him.
'I thought he will be lucky again', Bre sighed when he noticed something on his paper.
Jay didn't finished answering all items on the homework, but all of what he finished are correct.
Seeing this, Bren felt like crying. Does that mean if Jay finished it completely, then he will get a perfect score? Bren doesn't know what to do anymore.
In the afternoon, after class, Jay was about to go home when a female voice called out to him. It was Seckie Dario, the first year student from the Scorpio section.
"Hmm? Hello there Seckie, what's up?" Jay tried to be polite.
"Eh? Did you forget that we need to clean the club room today?"
Jay then just realized it. "Oh right, thank you for reminding me." Jay felt that he needs to hone his memory. Is he that forgetful? Jay began to doubt himself.
"Let's go then."
They went to the club room and met with Charlene and Crystal. The cleaned the room for half an hour and all went home.

In the same spacious and wide room.
"You are progressing Briniel", the man complimented the boy in front of him. After days of practicing, he felt that the boy is getting stronger.
"Thanks Master", the boy said.
The boy was surprisingly Bren. But looking at him, he is drenched in sweats and his arms are covered in bruises.
"Go home and take some rest, the leader summoned me and I will not be here for a few days. There's a mission for me."
Bren nodded. "Okay".
With that, he went home.
