It was not wrong to call this utopia.

Izuku had practically coerced all the rulers of the world to accept the agreement, and with that, he started a clean up all over the planet.
All For One was accused of almost all the crimes of the world, while all the governments claimed that he as the supreme ruler of the Underworld was leading all the villains to try a coup where he would become king of the world and that because of this the plan was implemented.
After all the villains on the planet were executed, Izuku wasted no time, using Genjutsu's many different hypnotic techniques, all the trustworthy Quirkless that Izuku had, and a huge army of Izuku clones quickly changed the minds of every adult in the world, so that they only wanted the welfare of humanity and to be good people.
And by making these adults educate the children, Izuku literally eradicated evil from the world by discarding it with various methods.
In total Izuku killed almost 3 billion people in the first 5 years of the project, before everything happened the way he planned, but finally, he had succeeded, and after that Izuku started implementing everything he needed.
After routing everything, Izuku built an entire planet and moved to it, from time to time he would go to Earth and watch how everything turned out, but he would never allow himself to stay too long.
Izuku erased his name from human history, for any human in the world all they would know about Izuku is that he was the husband of Naomi Midoriya, a great heroine of humanity and Eri Midoriya's brother another great heroine, and an incredible doctor.
All the rest of the information about him would be forgotten over time.
Izuku did not think himself worthy of going down in history, he knew very well how much blood he had spilled to create this new era.
And he would definitely not allow himself to be recognized for the monstrosities he committed, his goal was complete, the children were happy.
The world was a place where true peace reigned.
There were no crimes, the economy had never been better, the world was the same, people of all skin colors and shapes were treated respectfully.
And seeing this scene Izuku was happy and relaxed.
That was the story of Izuku Midoriya the Most Powerful Quirkless, whose story no one would ever remember.
