"Yue, is there an Appraisal Skill for sale on the shop? You should put a search bar in your [Shop], or else it will take me forever to find an item that I want because your [Shop] offers, not only the whole world, even the different parallel worlds." Ben complained.
/Master, you can just ask me, like what you're doing right now. I will search for it for you. Here are the Appraisal Skills you want, [Basic Inspect Skill], [Intermediate Inspect Skill], [Advanced Inspect Skill], [Full Mastery Inspect Skill]. And here are some items and potions that will increase your Fortitude, [Fruit for the Mind], [Food for the Mind], [Historical World Book], [Theories, Theories, Theories Book], [The Book of Mathematics, Science & Technology], that's just some of them Master, you can just pick anything in the [Education] Category Master, after finishing a book it will give you Status Points depending on what you have read./ Yue explained.
Ben first checked the Inspect Skills. Basically, the skill will let you see the item or the person's status and some details. The higher the mastery, the more details you will see in an ordinary item and the more you can identify rare or stronger items, living or non-living. $1,000 for Basic, $100,000 for Intermediate, $100M for Advanced and $1Trillion for Full Master Inspect skill!
'Yue, now I know, you are a plague for pockets! You money grubber, capitalists, money loving, money wh*re system!' he complained while calling the system names that he can think of.
/Master, why are you so agitated? These skills are already available for you, some people have to practice this skill for years before they can actually identify things, that's also why most antique collectors are already oldies, but you, you only have to buy the skill and you will have be able to inspect things better than those old fogies. Of course it will come with an appropriate price./ Yue said calming down Ben.

Ben's phone buzzed, informing him of his payment for his purchase. When he finally looked at his phone, he noticed that Jace and Jona were in front of him, both of them laughing at him.
He was quite puzzled why his two siblings were laughing their as*es off, that is until his mother gestured for him to look in the mirror. It seems that due to his focus on the [Shop], he forgot that he wasn't alone and this moment of inattentiveness was taken advantage of by Jace and Jona, drawing on his face. There were weeds on his forehead, a flower on cheeks, cat whiskers and a beard on his chin.
No wonder even his mother is stopping herself from laughing at his face to save him some dignity, which was nowhere to be found at the moment. Ben stood up and said "Jace, Jona, I wonder what drawing you like, you know I'm good at it right?" then he slowly got the pens used to draw on his face and grinned evilly.
When Jace and Jona saw his face, they started running around the house. And with Ben having more than double Agility Stat, they were no match for him and successfully got his revenge. He has drawn on both of their face, Jona looking like a cute cheetah and Jace as a gorilla.
"No fair brother! Why is Jona a cute cat while I had a monkey drawn on my face?" Jace complained after cleaning their faces.
"You still have the guts to complain? Want me to make it a Dugong?" Ben argued. "I'm sure it was you who filled Jona's mind with mischief."
"Alright, alright, you can stop the arguments now. I think those drawings all look cute." His mother said, pacifying the playful hearts of her children. "Behave yourselves, your father's staff are just in the study."
"Yes Mom." Her three mischievous kids answered.
"Alright, have your snacks in the garden, later I'll call you when it's time for lunch." His mom said after being satisfied with their answer.
"I'll follow you out, I will go to my room first to prepare my things, and I'm going home after lunch. I still have something to study for tomorrow." Ben said.
"Ok brother, make it fast!" Jona said.
The meeting was finished during lunchtime. Mr. Torres invited everyone to lunch and they all ate happily. With the prospect of the new phone product the company is going to launch next week, everyone is full of hope for the future. After having their fill and a bit of rest, the department heads didn't linger, they said their goodbyes and left.
Mr. Torres and Ben saw them off, and then talked while going back to the house. "Ben, we've decided to sell it for $999 dollars. You will get 10% profit for every phone. I've wanted to raise it to 20% but it seems that you'll reject it if I do. Of course your friend still gets his 30% cut. You'll get a $75 dollar per sale and you're friend gets $225 for every product sold. But it will only be for the duration of three years for both of you, so inform your friend and I can send him a contract of agreement as the value of the phone will go down after some years. Although I doubt someone can offer a better technology than your friend in years to come. By the way, what's the name of your friend?"
"Dad, don't you think $999 is a bit expensive? Will they buy it?" Ben asked concerned.
"Now it's your turn to trust me son, what you brought me is the best deal anyone can get. And I'm confident it will sell better than hotcakes." His dad said optimistically.
"Alright Dad, you do your thing, about the agreement, I will just sign for him, he doesn't want to be known so he told me to put my name in every legal thing that will come up." Ben said.
"Your friend is really an extraordinary one. Alright, I will just put your name on both contracts." His dad said. Only weird people don't want to be famous really, he can't fathom the minds of geniuses.
Ben secretly heaved a sigh of relief that his dad believed him. If not, he doesn't know from where he will find this genius "friend" of him.
He then also said his goodbyes to his family and drive back to his apartment. "Welcome home Ben! Do you want some snacks? I ordered some ingredients online and paid for it using your savings account." Cheska greeted and asked.
"Nah, I'm still full and I'm also going out again to find the owner of the land near my school. While I'm gone, please pack these materials for me in a box. Someone will come and get them tomorrow." Ben answered and then pulled out the materials needed for the phone. He also purchased 200 more phones from the [Shop], 20 for him and 180 for his father, to help him in promoting the products.
After storing 20 boxes of phones in his inventory, he proceeded to go out and inquire about the owner of the land. After asking some people who lived near, he was directed on a small cottage at the center of the land. Most of it are weeds though, just some crops and vegetables around the house and some fruit trees here and there, chickens clucking at the other side and one cute barking dog. One look and he knows that no one is taking care of the land anymore. The owner might agree to sell him the land.
Feeling very optimistic, he proceeded to the door and knocked. And when the door opened, he was stunned.
