"After Donovan returned to Poker, he found out about the things his mother had done. He then thought of doing something similar and so he got me to be Joker number two. Donovan wanted to keep Zi Fang's position as Joker number one because of the things that Zi Fang had done. He thought that even though his own mother wanted to kill Zi Fang, Zi Fang should still have the honor of being Joker number one after doing so many kind deeds. This is also the reason why Zi Fang didn't die after the countless attempts that Zhou Dong had made on him. Donovan had gotten people to make sure that Zi Fang was well and alive."
