Capítulo 21: sweet melody

When she sat to start playing the piano had changed songs. To a song she had recognized, the piano part for last year's concert music. She pulled out her sheet music hurriedly, she missed her entrance at the third measure of the song. She knew exactly what measure the piano was at when it started playing the part where they had parallel parts. She entered mid measure in perfect harmony. They both had the melody in this section of the piece. She felt her heart flutter as she could imagine a clear lake with fresh air and rolling hills in the far distance. She imagined this scene every time she felt the perfect run of a song in the midst of the sweet melody. She was so entranced with the song, she didn't notice two DIs standing out side the practice room staring in at her in awe as she played happily. Her emotions were presented beautifully in the sweet notes that floated through the thin glass of the door.
