The next morning. 

Since they had gone to sleep very late the previous night, the couple ended up waking up early in the afternoon. 

After discussing for hours about the matter at hand, they had decided to be on the lookout for future attacks. 

In the meantime, Leo had found a skilled investigator to help look into the previous attack and report his findings to Shera. Since the man had signed a contract of confidentiality, they didn't have to worry about him disclosing the information to anyone else. Besides, he was walking on needles just thinking of the fact that he was completing a task for the infamous cold-blooded Shera Black. He wouldn't dare to do anything that might upset her even if he was given a hundred guts. 

Therefore, Shera could finally push it out of her mind. She looked more relaxed when she woke up. 

"You are finally awake. I got something for you." Leo announced, unable to contain his excitement.
