Due to the circumstances, as well as Little Han Xuan's age, which was under the age of criminal responsibility, the prosecutors decided not to take any actions against him. As such, he was released to Feng Ruoyun. 

However, Feng Ruoyun was too afraid of Little Han Xuan. When she saw him playing with Little Han Ye after what he did, she could not help but think that one day, Little Han Xuan might get angry at her son and hurt his younger brother. 

She was afraid that Little Han Xuan might grow up to be like his father.
