Capítulo 61: Recollection of Incidents-Part 1
Tania was very excited. This was her first trip to India and she would meet the characters of her dreams, Sanya and Sanya's husband and help them.
They were heading to Rajasthan after a few days of stay in New Delhi.
Like all girls, she wondered about her future. She was being analytical that if she was Sanya in the past then Sanya's husband, Arun, would perhaps be around too and they were destined to meet.
"Maybe he could be an acheologist at the excavation site." she pondered.
"Who knows, I might find him in Jaipur?" She muttered to herself.
"Tania, what is the matter child?" Her Dadi ji asked.
You seem to be muttering. Are you thinking aloud?"Her Dadi inquired, looked concerned.
"Nothing Dadi ji, just thinking about how fast things have moved and what we will encounter in the Kalibanga?"
"Yes, I can understand your apprehension, but is is time to take the bull by the horns, so to speak."
You cannot go through your entire life being scared about your Mamu and what he will do or want to do."
"He is a bad person and who would know that is his mother. I think she is also looking for a way to confront him."
The plane had ascended above the clouds and the sight outside the window of the plane was awesome. Tania was enjoying the view as she was occupying the vindow seat. Her Dadi ji was sitting next to her and her Nani ji was seated nest in the aisle seat. Her Dada ji was occuping the window seat right behind her.
Snacks would be served soon.
Tania got carried away with her thoughts. Her grandparents were the best. They cared for her.
So sweet of Dada ji to buy three very pretty brown coloured hats with bows and flowers for their use in Jaipur. They cared so much for her that her sadness about losing her parents had become a dull pain in the heart. It did not hurt so much.
Soon the airhostess came and started delivering water, cool drinks to the passengers as per their request. They then came with the trolly and started distributing trays with food in them as well as cups for tea or coffee. Tania started to remove the covers from the knife and fork and the spoon. There were some biscuits along with a kathai roti wrap and something sweet. She prefered to take tea.
The sweet was a very tasty fudge.
Soon tea and snacks were over and all settled down to have a short nap. Others went to the washrooms or stretched their legs.
Tania thoughts wandered back to the day she had seen Sanya and Sanya's husband.
She had enquired as to with whom Sanya was admiring the sea and the sky?
Sanya had introduced her to Arun. She informed Tania that She and Arun had run away straight after her coronation ceremony.
It had taken them quite a long time to get to the coast. in the present day Gujarat.
Sanya had said that She and Arun would be sailing to Mesopotamia, where he had an overseas branch of his family's trading business, which he was suppose to handle.
Once they reach Mesopotamia, they would call his parents for the wedding.
The boat we will be sailing on belongs to their family."
Arun had spoken to Tania saying hi and it was nice to meet her through waves of so many years of time. He had added that if she could reach this coast by meditation, she could surely reach Mesopotamia and attend the wedding.
He had explained that Mesopotamia was a historical region of Western Asia situated within the Tigris–Euphrates river system, in the northern part of the Fertile Crescent. In modern days it would roughly correspond to most of Iraq, Kuwait, the eastern parts of Syria, Southeastern Turkey, and regions along the Turkish–Syrian and Iran–Iraq borders.
Tania vividly remembered his next words, "We are destined to meet again within a few months, hope you will recognize me," he had said with a serious note.
Tania had been zapped on seeing such a handsome man. He seemed to be almost her age maybe a year or two elder to her and he looked quite intelligent.
At that time she had wondered why he had said that they were destined to meet again in a few months. Sanya had said that they could read her thoughts and Arun had been grinning ear to ear.
Finally, Sanya had explained that they look as two different persons. But they were the same, or souls were the same. The body dies through natural or unnatural death, but the soul does not die. It gets another body and comes back.
She had further added that, "Arun, Sanya and Tania's parents as well as Uncle Igor keep coming back as the same group of individuals. Some individuals have scores to settle, some have debts to settle and some have lessons to learn."
"To make it more understandable, think of it this way that the past present and the future are going on at the same time. You cannot hop from one time period to another unless you do time traveling. Traveling across time is dangerous but the mind can travel. The mind can go anywhere. into the past, live in the present or project itself into the future."
When Sanya had come to meet her in her dreams it was projecting herself into the future. When Tania came to see Sanya through meditation, she were projecting herself into the past."
Sanya added, "You see history is past, it has already happened. It cannot be changed. If anyone tried to change it then there are many things that will need to undergo changes. It will be like an atomic chain reaction. Hence change is not possible."
Sanya further added, "Tania, you are in the present and have somehow connected with your past through waves of time." Your future is governed by your actions and to some extent destiny too." Nothing can be left to destiny. Destiny will take its course if you do nothing."
