After ten minutes, Raine came down with her black parka in her arm and a small sling bag in the same color. As usual, she wore jeans and sweater and put on her baseball cap.

"I am ready." Raine said, beaming from ear to ear, even as her baseball cap almost covered her entire small face.

If she acted so openly this way, who wouldn't be able to guess the result of her exam?

"Alright, let's go." Calleb twirled the car key between his fingers and allowed the guard to open the door for them while Raine waltz behind him. If she were a fae, she would have flown by now.

Calleb opened the shotgun seat for Raine before he sat behind the wheel. He did notask for a driver for this trip because he was so bored trapped inside that house and he neededto stretch his tensed muscles.

"Don't you need to call Torak to inform him that are coming?" Raine asked as she put on her seatbelt.
