Capítulo 14: Chapter 13

I went to the coffee shop as I have expected and bought pancakes and iced caramel macchiato and when I was about to pay for it, Lyle appeared out of nowhere and paid for it himself. "Thanks, Lyle." I said smiling. "No problem, babe." he replied. "Babe?" I asked blushing. "Told you I make you blush harder than you do to me." he said laughing. "Are you sure about that?" I asked. He nodded and then I kissed him and after that he was blushing harder than I just did a few seconds ago. "I can make you go crazier than you make me, mr. Verza." I said teasing him. "For now, you win but just wait and see." he said crossing his arms. "Aww, now I don't have any friends to sit with me during breakfast." Vanessa said popping out of nowhere. "Sorry Vanessa." I said. "Don't worry Veronica is here." she said. "Who is Veronica?" I asked. "She's my twin sister." she said. "Hi, I'm Veronica. And you are?" her twin sister said. "I'm Emily Jewel, it's nice to meet you." I said. "Well I don't want to waste any of you bonding time any further." Vanessa said. "Not that you are." I replied. "Bye." the twins said both in sync. "They look very much alike so I have to spend time with them more to be able to clearly distinguish who's Vanessa and who's Veronica." I said to Lyle. "Same." he said. After we have finished our breakfast we went to our classes together. I knew he would continue calling me "babe" so I would have to call him that as well but I wouldn't complain because I think it's pretty cute.
