Capítulo 13: Suicide Notice

Hi guys lately we've been talking about suicide. If your suffering from suicidal thoughts or you've tried to commit suicide don't wait and get help. I suffered from suicidal thoughts everyday when I was thirteen up until the time I was fifteen. It isn't fun to have those thoughts either. The reason why I suffered those thoughts was a mix between my past and bullying. There were times when the bullying was so bad I came home and cried every night to sleep. Then I realized I wasn't alone in this thing and now I don't suffer anymore. There are many reason for suicide but there are also many reasons to get help.
