Capítulo 398: Letting Go!

When Dr. Garcia saw how petrified Tanaga was, he decided to give in and let him speak with his wife 'one last time' before they continued with the clinical trial.

"Dr. Green, why don't you and the nurse both take a few minutes off while I go and fetch Mrs. Jones," suggested Dr. Garcia as he placed the syringe down on the medical tray beside Tanaga's bed. 

Dr. Green nodded, ushering the nurse out of the room and leaving right away. Dr. Garcia exited the room, looking for Ashley. He found her in the garden, chatting with Sato and Mrs. Garcia. He was tempted to eavesdrop on the conversation, but he was too far away to listen in. 

The trio was startled when they heard him clear his throat.

"Ahem. Excuse me, Mrs. Jones, your husband requested to have a word with you before we induce the serum into his body. You have a few minutes with him, but you have to return here when you're done," he said as he sat next to his wife.
