Capítulo 14: GODOPEDIAOLOGY flies to Pakistan
The court proceedings start and the police department submits the cctv footage in the mall and its slower version in which it reveals GODO's face little bit but not completely.
The police also submit the video footage of the actress who accept that GODO was behind the murder of all the rapists and their fathers. The judge asks that since he is under the circumstances of getting proved as a criminal, is there any other lawyer who is ready to defend him if he gets proved as a criminal.
GODOPEDIOLOGY says that he can submit more proof then what the police department has submitted till now and he requests the judge to allow him to submit those witnesses.
GODOPEDIOLOGY submits his mobile bills, cruise bills, the cruise manager's evidence and the footage of the dance party in the cruise and his various items purchases made in different locations of the outside country and its bills with date and time printing on it and GODO also submits the tickets of the soccer match he had attended when the ship had stayed on bay for 3 hrs.
The proofs keeps on pouring and it becomes clearer that GODO was no where present even near any of the place of crime scene. GODO also proves that the actress was extortioned to various degrees of torture and fearing it she had given the fake statement and to prove it GODO shows the court the wounds on her neck and on her back, which the actress had covered with a jacket.
GODOPEDIOLOGY also requests the court to further investigate on the wounds in her private parts of the body by sending her to a medical examiner. The court agrees to do so and takes a hour leave.
After one hour the court adjourns and the examiner provides the reports that the actress was indeed extortioned in the cell. The court sets out GODO and the actress has innocents, there by condemning the police department and even dismisses lots of police officers responsible for this brutal act of theirs. It further orders that the actress should be admitted to the hospital and the police department would bear all the expense and should compensate 1 crore each for GODO and the actress for dragging their reputation to the court.
The police department loses its cool because of the court's order but has no option. It further increases the rapport of GODOPEDIOLOGY and makes him a hero by printing all the court happenings in the front line.
Still it is a big shame for the police department for accepting the defeat in the hands of a lawyer. So it decides to watch and keep on eye on GODO.
Months pass by but they don't find any strange things in the records of GODO. Even after trying a lot, the Cid department doesn't get a clue. It makes them clearer that it is a sheer waste of time focusing on GODO, still they don't accept their defeat.
Once again a headline flashes on television which shows how the same masked black suit person kills a group of Pakistan border soldiers guarding the border India Pakistan. Now the case becomes even more hectic for the relationship between 2 countries.
The army intelligence tries to make out the reason behind the murdering of those soldiers. It tries it's level best but couldn't get any information. Later on a letter gets posted to the head office of the CBI department to dug the place as shown in the photo with locations.
The CBI decides to obtain the permission of the Supreme Court and defense minister to get its mission executed and after talks with the Pakistani government, the Indian government orders the CBI teams of both the country to cooperate and to carry-on the mission without any disturbance. As a witness for the incident the court sends GODOPEDIOLOGY as its country's chief examiner to work jointly with the Pakistani government's Supreme Court chief examiner. GODOPEDIOLOGY flies to Pakistan.
