The point is, when somebody - anybody! - won't be able to pay for his bread, his cola and beer, his bus and so on honestly by his cash - the nation have to be humaneatarian (c) Terry Pratchett if it isn't considered deep shi... a vital problem. Some people may die from it, you know. Not everyone, not in any remote place and in any weather would be able to deal with the problem safely...
