It comes to that every time. One of that cyclic things in our History.
The Russian voted for safety some 20 years ago. They have KGB in power now. Once more.
That leaves Tbilisi, Kiev and Damask no place for peace speeches. The war came.
Paris and London have 'just' some murders, shootings, explosions, radioactive and other air-spread poisons.
USA got to bushes (Big Brother, official tortures) and trumps already... but US's powerful enough to live over that, I suppose.
The point is, it only get worse with time. At some point, you pay the great price - and reverse the tendency. The price grows exponentially with time wasted, too...
