The common law is made up of the decisions of local courts and tribunals. We could take about the controversial law about capital punishment that was declared unconstitutional by not the national constitution but the state constitution. The more you look into it the more it's constantly changing and updating based on the times that we are in. I mean something that is so interesting is that what laws our parents dealt with are completely different than what our children will deal with."
