"They love the family and they always seem happy to serve here." It make sense as Henry was straight with his intentions and rewarded others generously. He was warm and compassionate towards the suffering of others.
Henry caressed her hand, "Now that you are well would you like to call someone or some folks to inform them? Maybe your management or some other family members? I will send someone to tell Deul in the morning. But I am sure others will be as happy as I am that you are well."
Ellie scoffed with a choked breathe, "I really doubt that my twin brothers would be delighted at all."
"You have family other than Nolan?" Henry was surprised to say the least. He couldn't imagine more of them. "I thought you said that you and Nolan were the last in your family."
Ellie considered it carefully. She did not want Henry to think she had lied. "Nolan and I have two much other brothers through our father. We have always lived apart from each other. Our mother was an un-official wife of my father until their mother died. My mother was much younger than theirs so they always call my mother as the mistress who poisoned their mother to death because her existence made their mother miserable. They also didn't like that she came from a provincial town while their mother was from a very rich family. They found everything they did to be unrefined and rude, even though she doted on them as much as she did us. To precur her favor they didn't say anything to her, but they didn't spare me or my brother from their rage." Ellie smiled darkly. "I'm very good at dealing with boys who are a lot bigger than me because of them. Something that in a male dominated sport has up to now served me well. After my dad and mom hit the sack due to a plane accident, they wasted no time in kicking us out without anything."
"What? How old were you? That's so unfair that family would treat each other so poorly. You are their flesh and blood." Henry looked shocked as he took this in. "Your brother is bright. I'm sure your father made some testaments in his will for you?"
"Like I told you, the duo were practically angels to my mom and dad. My dad was just a professor who thought these blessed sons would take care of everything. My mother on the other hand was smart in that she separated her assets. The small bit of money we had was enough for college and a decent apartment for the both of us." Ellie thought bleakly of the leaky apartment they had shared together during college. "The money ran out eventually you know. But by then, my hobby of racing cars had gotten me noticed by the right people. So I started making more and you know Nolan was just about done with his undergraduate studies. It all worked out well."
