Capítulo 16: Volume 1 Epilogue
Mother is home. Konoha is at peace. (What better epilogue can you get?)
If you're dying to know. The guys will be home soon too.
Itachi has terminal illness from years of sharingan usage, but as long as he stays in Konoha, he should make an eventual recovery. They say, happiness is the strongest medicine. (No worries, he's getting his daily dosage.)
Sasuke is still temporarily blind because of Sharingan activation and overuse, but with a little rest and Mother's nursing, he'll be up and seeing in no time. (To all you sadists out there, don't be too disappointed. It's not like it was his last mission.)
As for Naruto, you can expect a quick (demonic) recovery on his end, no later than his counterpart brothers.
