Capítulo 204: On Time
Being on time is always good however being overly eager can lead to issues. If you have an appointment with someone, do not arrive too early as you would be passively making him (or her) feel responsible for making you wait. It is disrespectful and the whole hassle can be avoided if you just arrived right on time. Being too late is never acceptable and you should have a very good excuse prepared.
And since school is starting again, I have to mention that in this one scenario you absolutely have to be there early to A) meet your classmates (friends, old classmates, new classmates, etc.) before seats are assigned/picked and B) to get a decent spot where you will most likely stay for the rest of the year. What is considered a good spot is completely biased based on your personal preference. There's nothing wrong with being early if it's considered normal.
